【摘要】:東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團伴隨著學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生而存在,在東吳大學(xué)50多年的辦學(xué)歷程中,學(xué)生社團經(jīng)歷了興起與發(fā)展(1901-1921)、受挫與復(fù)蘇(1922-1927)、振興與繁榮(1928-1937)、變動與延續(xù)(1938-1945)、重建與消亡(1946-1952)五個階段的發(fā)展演變。因社會環(huán)境不斷變化,各個時期學(xué)生社團數(shù)量消長、類型、性質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)、活動內(nèi)容等也有著顯著的變化。學(xué)生社團從最初模仿西方高校,向本土化與自主化方向發(fā)展;學(xué)生社團類型從辯論、宗教類等社團向?qū)W術(shù)、聯(lián)誼類等社團擴展;學(xué)校對學(xué)生社團的管理由最初的放任向引導(dǎo)、控制轉(zhuǎn)變。東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團大體上可以分為文藝、體育、學(xué)術(shù)、聯(lián)誼、宗教、自治等類型。由于其所處的特定環(huán)境,東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團呈現(xiàn)出了自主性、多元性及教師深度參與的特點。自主性是東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生自治、獨立意識不斷成熟的結(jié)果,受中西文化碰撞、五四運動啟迪的影響,東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團呈現(xiàn)了社團組建自主、管理有序、活動開展獨立的特點。多元性則是東吳大學(xué)中西文化并重、通識教育辦學(xué)理念和校園自由、民主氛圍熏陶的結(jié)果,呈現(xiàn)出社團數(shù)量眾多、類型多樣的特點。在基督教教育理念的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動下、強化學(xué)生管理的制度推動下、學(xué)校環(huán)境和自身素質(zhì)保障的前提下,廣泛教師深度參與學(xué)生社團活動,切實發(fā)揮了指導(dǎo)與顧問的作用,贏得了學(xué)生的好評。學(xué)生社團在東吳大學(xué)的辦學(xué)歷程中發(fā)揮了積極作用,成為了學(xué)校第二課堂建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生社會責任感、構(gòu)建校園文化、促進人才培養(yǎng)的主要平臺。同時,東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團在近代中國高校體育事業(yè)、近代中國話劇事業(yè)、校園學(xué)術(shù)刊物編輯上取得了顯著的成就,并成為了近代中國大學(xué)學(xué)生社團的先行者,凸顯了東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團在中國高校學(xué)生社團發(fā)展史上的成就與影響。歷史可為今日之借鑒。東吳大學(xué)學(xué)生社團在學(xué)校認同感形成、愛國主義教育、學(xué)生社團管理與建設(shè)等方面,給我們諸多有益的啟示。

Due to its specific environment, the Soochow University student community presents the characteristics of autonomy, pluralism and deep participation of teachers. Autonomy is the autonomy of students in Soochow University. As a result of the continuous maturity of independence consciousness, influenced by the collision of Chinese and Western cultures and the enlightenment of the May 4th Movement, the student associations of Soochow University presented their own organization and orderly management. The diversity is the result of Soochow University's equal emphasis on Chinese and western culture, general education concept and campus freedom, and democratic atmosphere, showing a large number of associations. The characteristics of various types. Under the internal drive of Christian education concept, the system of strengthening student management, the premise of school environment and their own quality guarantee, teachers deeply participate in student community activities. The student association has played an active role in the course of running a school in Soochow University, and has become the second classroom construction of the school, cultivating students' sense of social responsibility.
