【摘要】：大學(xué)生社團(tuán)是一個(gè)很有價(jià)值的研究課題,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)高等教育的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的人提高了對(duì)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)在高校育人領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)識(shí),也更多地關(guān)注到大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的建設(shè)。然而,目前有關(guān)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值研究少見(jiàn)且不系統(tǒng),更缺乏對(duì)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)本質(zhì)的探究。因此,本研究基于高等教育大眾化下的高校育人體系,在梳理大學(xué)生社團(tuán)起源、產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,以大學(xué)生社團(tuán)及其價(jià)值范疇為研究起點(diǎn),以大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值目標(biāo)為研究主線,著力探索和尋找大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值矛盾及化解價(jià)值矛盾的策略,試圖在一定程度解釋“大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值為何”的問(wèn)題。本研究梳理大學(xué)生社團(tuán)300多年的發(fā)展歷史,探究了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的起源、產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展。源于歐洲中世紀(jì)的學(xué)生同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)、行會(huì)組織和團(tuán)體可以說(shuō)是現(xiàn)今學(xué)生社團(tuán)最早的形式,但是,這些社團(tuán)雛形并不等同于現(xiàn)代意義上的大學(xué)生社團(tuán)。真正大學(xué)生社團(tuán)是在大學(xué)變成了本科生的生活圈之后,大學(xué)受其結(jié)構(gòu)和組織的變革影響,并分化出了一種學(xué)生亞文化后,現(xiàn)代意義的大學(xué)生社團(tuán)才得以產(chǎn)生。后來(lái),由于大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活的需求、高等教育的整體發(fā)展以及社會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)和大學(xué)生的影響,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)得以快速發(fā)展,并伴隨著高等教育的發(fā)展而發(fā)展。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值關(guān)系和價(jià)值追求是本研究的重點(diǎn)研究?jī)?nèi)容之一。本研究從價(jià)值關(guān)系說(shuō)的角度,分析了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值主體、價(jià)值客體和主客體的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值是作為主體的人與作為客體的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)及其因活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的社團(tuán)文化和校園文化間的關(guān)系,以及作為客體的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、文化是否滿足主體人的需要。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值追求屬于精神價(jià)值,具體表現(xiàn)為娛樂(lè)價(jià)值、教育價(jià)值和審美價(jià)值等。本研究還探討了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值目標(biāo)及其實(shí)現(xiàn)。塑造大學(xué)生健全的人格、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的民主能力、激發(fā)大學(xué)生的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)興趣、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的特長(zhǎng)發(fā)揮、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神、提升大學(xué)生的心理健康水平是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的主要價(jià)值目標(biāo)。這六個(gè)方面相互滲透、相互依存、相互促進(jìn),在本質(zhì)上是統(tǒng)一的,統(tǒng)一于大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值主體內(nèi)在的、客觀的需要,統(tǒng)一于大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值客體外在的、實(shí)際的存在。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值目標(biāo)是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值的起點(diǎn)也是其終點(diǎn),是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值主體和客體需要共同完成的任務(wù),大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值目標(biāo)是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)對(duì)其價(jià)值主體具備了哪些功能、作用、意義和影響,價(jià)值目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)則是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值客體完成了對(duì)價(jià)值主體的某些功能、作用、意義和影響。本研究認(rèn)為大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值矛盾主要表現(xiàn)為兩個(gè)方面,一是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值主體矛盾,二是大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值觀念沖突。影響大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值矛盾的主要因素在于大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值主體的需求沖突和價(jià)值觀念的多元化,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值矛盾影響了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)價(jià)值目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。盡管化解大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值矛盾存在許多現(xiàn)實(shí)困難,但在遵循一定的原則的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)大學(xué)有效引導(dǎo)和管理、大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的自身治理及社會(huì)適時(shí)引導(dǎo),化解大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的價(jià)值矛盾也是有路徑可依。

The main influencing factors of college students associations is the contradiction of value The diversification of community college students the main value demand and the values of the conflict, contradiction of value of College Students' Association has influenced the students' association value goals. Despite the contradiction of value of College Students' Association to resolve many practical difficulties, but on the basis of follow certain principles, through effective guidance and management of the University, its governance and social community college students timely guide, to resolve the contradiction of value of college students associations is a path to follow.
