【摘要】：唯物辯證法強調,普遍性寓于特殊性之中,特殊性中包含著普遍性。這無疑是“特色”一詞產(chǎn)生的理論根源。社會主義運動在中國誕生以后,中國的社會面貌開始煥然一新,我們的革命、建設和改革的發(fā)展進程都呈現(xiàn)出勃勃生機。社會主義運動能夠在中國成功,最根本的原因就在于它實現(xiàn)了科學社會主義基本原理與中國實際的結合,走出了一條富有理論意蘊和民族風格的中國道路。因此,研究社會主義的這種獨特發(fā)展模式,凝練其體現(xiàn)出的“民族特色”,不僅對于中國的發(fā)展進步有著突出的現(xiàn)實意義,對于社會主義運動在當代的發(fā)展也意義非凡,因為這是一種可資借鑒的發(fā)展模式。中國特色社會主義“民族特色”根源于科學社會主義基本原理與中國實際的深度融合,有其理論的必然性�？茖W社會主義誕生以來160多年的發(fā)展歷程充分證明:科學社會主義是科學的世界觀和方法論,其基本原理具有強大的生命力,它是跨越時空的普遍真理,是科學社會主義能夠順利實現(xiàn)民族化,并展現(xiàn)出鮮明民族特色的思想源泉。中國特色社會主義民族特色的理論邏輯要求我們始終堅持科學社會主義與時俱進的理論品質,在梳理中國傳統(tǒng)文化核心理念的前提下,推動傳統(tǒng)文化的現(xiàn)代性轉換,不斷豐富發(fā)展科學社會主義,賦予其新的民族化特點,使其產(chǎn)生出新的個性或特殊性,從而生成具有民族特色的理論體系和話語體系。中國特色社會主義“民族特色”在馬克思主義中國化的歷史進程中應運而生,有其歷史的必然性。正確認識中國國情是中國特色社會主義民族特色形成發(fā)展的實踐基礎,是中國特色社會主義民族特色的邏輯起點。中國特色社會主義民族特色的歷史邏輯要求我們既要堅持科學社會主義民族化的基本原理,又要順應歷史唯物主義的本質要求,在立足中國生動的社會實際和民族特點的基礎上發(fā)展社會主義,順利推進中國社會主義在不同歷史階段的發(fā)展進程。在馬克思主義中國化的過程中,中國特色社會主義民族特色先后經(jīng)歷了毛澤東時期的起源階段、改革開放以后的形成階段和完善、推進階段以及黨的十八大以后的豐富發(fā)展階段。中國特色社會主義“民族特色”是中國特色社會主義形成發(fā)展的歷史進程中所體現(xiàn)出來的獨特的民族特點、民族風格、民族氣派和民族經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展模式的總稱,是科學社會主義和中華傳統(tǒng)文化碰撞、融合的產(chǎn)物,它既屬于正處在社會主義初級階段的當代中國,又屬于世界社會主義的大家庭。中國特色社會主義是其發(fā)展道路、理論體系和基本制度有機結合的實踐形式,是一種歷史和現(xiàn)實的存在形態(tài)。因此,中國特色社會主義民族特色與其發(fā)展道路、理論體系和基本制度密不可分。從宏觀層面來說,中國特色社會主義民族特色的基本內涵也就是其發(fā)展道路、理論體系和基本制度所具有的民族特點和表現(xiàn)形式。中國特色社會主義道路又被稱為中國道路或中國模式,其“民族特色”具體表現(xiàn)為我們在黨的領導下不拘泥于傳統(tǒng)社會主義的發(fā)展模式,根據(jù)國情、黨情和世情的變化來發(fā)展社會主義,以黨的基本路線為基本遵循,致力于實現(xiàn)人的自由而全面的發(fā)展,走出了一條“和平崛起、強而不霸”的發(fā)展道路。中國特色社會主義理論體系的“民族特色”集中體現(xiàn)在它具有人民性、科學性、實踐性、時代性和大眾性等基本特點,其中人民性是根本宗旨,科學性是理論品質,實踐性是主要功能,時代性和大眾性是其豐富發(fā)展的基本要求,是一種“以人為本、崇實黜虛”的理論體系。中國特色社會主義制度的“民族特色”主要表現(xiàn)為它是經(jīng)濟制度、政治制度、文化體制、社會制度和生態(tài)文明制度五位一體的系統(tǒng)完備的制度體系。這種制度體系的民族特色主要表現(xiàn)為:以公有制為主體的基本經(jīng)濟制度;以人民代表大會制度為核心的政治制度體系;以憲法為統(tǒng)領的法治體系,是一種以“政之得失、系于民心”為精神實質的制度體系。中國特色社會主義“民族特色”是在汲取前人智慧的基礎上,在艱苦的理論創(chuàng)新和革命實踐中形成的,是科學社會主義在中國的實踐成果和理論結晶。新中國的歷代領導人在挖掘中國傳統(tǒng)文化思想精華的基礎上,在不同的歷史階段豐富發(fā)展了獨具中國風格的民族特色�？梢�,中國特色社會主義民族特色有其獨有的含義和領域,是中國人民共有的精神家園,豐富發(fā)展民族特色,是堅定四個自信的力量之源,是科學社會主義發(fā)展的本質需要。豐富中國特色社會主義民族特色,需要在黨的領導下,弘揚傳統(tǒng)文化,擴大中華文化的影響力;立足基本國情,堅持中國模式,增強中國道路的吸引力;需要追溯思想本原,凝練理論特色,展現(xiàn)社會主義理論的說服力;需要認真比較鑒別,完善體制機制,彰顯中國社會制度的優(yōu)越性;還需要講好中國故事,構建具有中國意蘊的話語體系。
