【摘要】：無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)是馬克思主義和科學(xué)社會(huì)主義理論的重要內(nèi)容之一,它關(guān)系黨的性質(zhì)及其事業(yè)的前途。中國共產(chǎn)黨歷來重視自身的作風(fēng)建設(shè),這是它歷經(jīng)近百年之所以能不斷取得革命與建設(shè)勝利的政治優(yōu)勢和法寶。對中國共產(chǎn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行歷史考察和梳理,就能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)其作風(fēng)建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐是一個(gè)不斷傳承與創(chuàng)新的長長鏈條。通過對其在不同歷史階段的內(nèi)容研究,對新時(shí)期新形勢下如何加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)具有著重要的啟示作用。本文在馬克思主義基本理論指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場、觀點(diǎn)和方法,對中國共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來的各個(gè)時(shí)期的作風(fēng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了歷史梳理,總結(jié)了中國共產(chǎn)黨作風(fēng)建設(shè)的基本做法、歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和基本規(guī)律。全文共把中國共產(chǎn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)分為四個(gè)大的歷史時(shí)期,具體如下:本文首先對馬克思、恩格斯以及列寧的政黨學(xué)說中的作風(fēng)建設(shè)思想進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),探究了對中國共產(chǎn)黨作風(fēng)建設(shè)的理論價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。本文主體部分分新民主主義革命時(shí)期、社會(huì)主義革命和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)時(shí)期、十八大以前的改革開放時(shí)期、黨的十八大以后的新時(shí)期四個(gè)階段對中國共產(chǎn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理。在論述中,又把黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)具體分為七個(gè)時(shí)期,即黨在創(chuàng)立之初作風(fēng)建設(shè)的萌芽時(shí)期;大革命階段黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的開創(chuàng)時(shí)期;土地革命階段黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的初步形成時(shí)期;抗日戰(zhàn)爭階段黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)與理論的豐富時(shí)期;解放戰(zhàn)爭和社會(huì)主義改造完成及全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義階段黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)完善時(shí)期;文化大革命階段則是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)遭到破壞和曲折發(fā)展的時(shí)期;改革開放至十八大階段是黨風(fēng)全面恢復(fù)和發(fā)揚(yáng)的時(shí)期;黨的十八大以后是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)全面推進(jìn)的新時(shí)期。通過對以上歷史的總結(jié),在文章的最后歸納出了對黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。
[Abstract]:The construction of the work style of the proletarian party is one of the important contents of Marxism and scientific socialism theory, which is related to the nature of the party and the future of its cause. The CPC has always attached importance to its style construction. This is the political advantage and magic weapon for which it has been able to win the victory of revolution and construction in the past hundred years, and it has made a historical investigation and combing over the construction of the Chinese Communist Party's style of work. It can be found that the theory and practice of its style construction is a long chain of continuous inheritance and innovation. Through the study of its content in different historical stages. This paper, under the guidance of the basic theory of Marxism, applies the position, viewpoint and method of Marxism to how to strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work under the new situation. This paper reviews the history of the construction of the style of the Communist Party of China since its establishment, and summarizes the basic methods of the construction of the style of the Communist Party of China. Historical experience and basic law. This paper divides the construction of the style of the CPC into four historical periods, as follows: first, this paper discusses Marx. Engels and Lenin's thought of style construction in the theory of political parties are summarized, and the theoretical value and guiding significance of the construction of the style of the Communist Party of China are explored. The main part of this paper is divided into the period of the new democratic revolution. In the period of socialist revolution and socialist construction, in the period of reform and opening up before the 18 National Congress, and in the four stages of the new period after the 18 CPC Congress, the construction of the style of the Communist Party of China is systematically sorted out. Then it divides the construction of the Party's style of work into seven periods, that is, the budding period of the construction of the style of the Party at the beginning of its founding. The pioneering period of the Party's style of work during the Great Revolution; The initial forming period of the Party's style of work in the agrarian revolution stage; The period of the construction of the Party's style of work and the rich period of theory in the War of Resistance against Japan; The period of the Party's style of work in the period of the war of liberation and the completion of socialist transformation and the comprehensive construction of socialism; The period of the Cultural Revolution was a period of destruction and twists and turns in the construction of the Party style. The period of reform and opening up to 18 is the period of comprehensive restoration and development of the Party style; The 18 National Congress of the Party is a new period for the construction of the Party's style of work in an all-round way. Through the summary of the above history, the experience and enlightenment of the construction of the Party's style of work are summed up at the end of the article.
