【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),就看綜合國(guó)力的強(qiáng)弱。而綜合國(guó)力的強(qiáng)弱,實(shí)質(zhì)上就是科學(xué)技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。科學(xué)技術(shù)的水平?jīng)Q定了一個(gè)國(guó)家在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位。因此,如何認(rèn)識(shí)科學(xué)技術(shù),發(fā)展科學(xué)技術(shù),利用科學(xué)技術(shù),以提高國(guó)家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及人民生活水平,已成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)都不能回避的問(wèn)題。列寧是世界第一個(gè)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的創(chuàng)立者,他在繼承和發(fā)展馬克思主義科學(xué)技術(shù)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從俄國(guó)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)際條件出發(fā),闡述了一系列有關(guān)科學(xué)技術(shù)的理論學(xué)說(shuō)。列寧科技觀是列寧思想的有機(jī)組成部分,它不僅是對(duì)馬克思恩格斯科技觀的繼承,更是列寧對(duì)蘇維埃俄國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)科技發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的總結(jié)。列寧時(shí)刻關(guān)注著科技新發(fā)明以及新成果在生產(chǎn)、生活中的應(yīng)用。他對(duì)科技觀的思考也經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由孕育到初步形成,然后到全面形成,再到走向成熟及實(shí)踐的發(fā)展歷程,整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程體現(xiàn)了列寧對(duì)科技觀的不斷深化和完善。.列寧科技觀是一個(gè)完整的理論體系,本文從三個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述列寧的科技觀,首先分析其本質(zhì),接著探討其價(jià)值,最后分析其方法。其中既包括對(duì)科技觀內(nèi)在的本質(zhì)屬性的分析,也包括對(duì)科技觀社會(huì)價(jià)值的外部考察,體現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)性與方法論的辯證統(tǒng)一。中華民族從沒有像現(xiàn)在這樣更接近偉大復(fù)興,也從沒有像現(xiàn)在這樣清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到科技進(jìn)步對(duì)民族復(fù)興的重要性。因此,我們既不能盲目夸大列寧科技觀在列寧思想中的地位,也不能苛責(zé)列寧關(guān)于科技觀的表述略顯零散,必須客觀真實(shí)地予以評(píng)價(jià)。所以,研究列寧科技觀對(duì)于指導(dǎo)我們發(fā)展科技,提高國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,仍然具有很強(qiáng)的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The competition in today's world, depends on the comprehensive national strength. And the comprehensive national strength, is essentially the competition of science and technology. Science and technology determines the level of a country's position in the world economy. Therefore, how to understand the development of science and technology, science and technology, the use of science and technology, to improve the competitiveness of the country and the people standard of living, has become the theoretical and practical problems can not be avoided. Lenin is the founder of the first socialist country in the world, he based on the inheritance and development of Marx theory the theory of science and technology, starting from the actual conditions of Russia's political and economic theory, introduced a series of related science and technology. Lenin always pays attention to the new invention of technology and new achievements in the production and application of life. He thought of scientific outlook also experienced a period from birth to preliminary form, and then to form a comprehensive, to the development and maturity of the practice, the entire development process embodies Lenin's view of science and technology continue to deepen and improve Lenin science and technology view is a complete theoretical system, this article from the three aspects of Lenin's view of science and technology, firstly, analyzing its essence, then discuss its value analysis method. Finally, the nature of which includes not only the inherent properties of the view of science and technology, including the external social value of science and technology research, reflect the dialectical unity of the system and methodology. The Chinese nation has never been so close to the great revival, also has never been so aware of the importance of science and technology progress of national rejuvenation. Therefore, We can not blindly exaggerated view of Lenin s science and technology thought in Lenin's position, also can't blame Lenin about the Scientific Outlook Express a bit scattered, shall evaluate objectively. Therefore, the research of Lenin science and technology view to guide our development of science and technology, improve the competitiveness of our country still has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
