【摘要】：我國是一個多民族國家,民族的多樣與文化的多元共生共存。優(yōu)秀的少數(shù)民族文化是中華民族文化的重要組成部分,它豐富多彩、內(nèi)涵深遠(yuǎn),是少數(shù)民族的"根"。少數(shù)民族文化滲透于兒童的精神世界,融化于兒童的心靈,少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū)兒童的成長離不開少數(shù)民族文化的熏陶。本研究旨在探討少數(shù)民族文化融入幼兒園課程的理論與實(shí)踐問題,以文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法、訪談法、行動研究法為主要研究方法,以我國少數(shù)民族之一裕固族為例,考察裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程的現(xiàn)狀、問題及影響因素,對裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程進(jìn)行規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)并依據(jù)此開展相關(guān)實(shí)踐活動。首先,本研究對文化、民族、課程等核心概念進(jìn)行了闡釋和界定,梳理了少數(shù)民族文化與幼兒園課程的相關(guān)研究成果,指出了這些成果的特點(diǎn)、不足以及對本研究的啟示。同時,本研究從文化學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論出發(fā),闡明其對少數(shù)民族文化融入幼兒園課程的啟示,并以此為基礎(chǔ)探討少數(shù)民族文化融入幼兒園課程對兒童發(fā)展、幼兒園課程發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展等方面的價(jià)值。其次,本研究以裕固族文化為中心,主要運(yùn)用訪談法、觀察法等研究方法考察肅南裕固族自治縣四所幼兒園將裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況。研究結(jié)果表明,該地區(qū)四所幼兒園在裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程方面已經(jīng)探索出了開展裕固語言活動、編寫裕固語言教材、創(chuàng)設(shè)幼兒園特色環(huán)境等方式,但是也出現(xiàn)了文化融入的形式和內(nèi)容單一以及家庭教育和社區(qū)教育缺位等問題。同時,相關(guān)政策的制定、文化生存狀態(tài)堪憂以及幼兒園內(nèi)部因素在一定程度上影響著裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程。再次,根據(jù)以上調(diào)查結(jié)果,本研究對裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì),對裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、實(shí)施以及評價(jià)進(jìn)行了一定程度的探討。同時,本研究以肅南裕固族自治縣A幼兒園為行動研究的研究現(xiàn)場,對裕固族文化融入幼兒園課程進(jìn)行了為期一個學(xué)期的實(shí)踐探索。研究結(jié)果表明,通過參與相關(guān)實(shí)踐活動,幼兒、教師、家長及其他合作者均在各方面有了一定程度的進(jìn)步和提高。最后,本研究總結(jié)研究結(jié)果,指明研究的不足之處,并提出了有關(guān)教師方面、幼兒園方面、家庭方面、社區(qū)方面的教育建議,以期為后續(xù)研究提供思考方向。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-national country, the diversity of ethnic groups and the coexistence of multiple cultures. Excellent minority culture is an important part of the Chinese culture, it is rich and colorful, far-reaching connotation. It is the "root" of the minority nationality. The minority culture permeates the spiritual world of the children and melts into the hearts of the children. Children in minority areas can not grow without the influence of minority culture. This study aims to explore the theory and practice of minority culture integration into kindergarten curriculum, with the methods of literature, observation and interview. The action research method is the main research method, taking the Yugur minority as an example, the present situation, problems and influencing factors of the Yugur culture integration into the kindergarten curriculum are investigated. Yugur culture into kindergarten curriculum planning and design and carry out relevant practical activities based on this. First, the study of culture, nationality, curriculum and other core concepts are explained and defined. Combing the related research results of minority culture and kindergarten curriculum, pointing out the characteristics of these achievements, deficiencies and the inspiration to this study. At the same time, this study from the cultural, pedagogy. Based on the relevant theories of psychology, this paper clarifies the enlightenment of minority culture into kindergarten curriculum, and discusses the effect of minority culture integration into kindergarten curriculum on children's development and kindergarten curriculum development. The value of social development. Secondly, this study focused on Yugur culture, mainly using interview method. Observation method and other research methods to investigate the four kindergartens in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County to integrate Yugur culture into kindergarten curriculum. The results show that. Four kindergartens in this area in Yugur culture into the kindergarten curriculum has explored the development of Yugu language activities, Yugu language textbooks, the creation of kindergarten characteristics of the environment and other ways. But also appeared the cultural integration form and the content single as well as the family education and the community education vacancy and so on the question. At the same time, the related policy formulation. Cultural survival and kindergarten internal factors to some extent affect the integration of Yugur culture into the kindergarten curriculum. Again, according to the above survey results. In this study, the integration of Yugur culture into kindergarten curriculum planning and design, Yugur culture into the kindergarten curriculum objectives, content, implementation and evaluation of a certain extent. At the same time. In this study, a kindergarten in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County as an action research site, Yugur culture integration into the kindergarten curriculum for a semester of practical exploration. The results show that. Through participation in relevant practical activities, children, teachers, parents and other collaborators have made some progress and improvement in various aspects. Finally, this study summarizes the results of the study, and points out the deficiencies of the study. Some suggestions on teachers, kindergarten, family and community are put forward in order to provide the direction for further study.
