【摘要】：MPCK(數(shù)學教學內容知識)是數(shù)學教師教學所應具備的核心知識,是數(shù)學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要評價指標。對數(shù)學教師MPCK的影響因素進行實證研究,不僅符合國際視野下中國特色的數(shù)學教師MPCK的研究的發(fā)展方向,而且對深化我國數(shù)學教學和教師教育改革具有重要的理論價值和實踐意義。本研究選取上海市浦東新區(qū)的小學數(shù)學教師作為研究對象。主要從影響因素模型建構,教師MPCK及影響因素的測試工具編制、教師MPCK影響因素與其組成要素的關系展開研究。首先,本研究對國內外相關理論綜述的基礎上,結合我國小學數(shù)學教師具體情況,通過個別訪談和專家咨詢,運用編碼分析,初步梳理出教師MPCK影響因素。其次,編制了MPCK的影響因素的測試量表,選取調查對象進行測試,運用探索性和驗證性因素分析方法,提取并聚類出八個維度的影響因素:個人動機、自我效能感、學習準備度、專業(yè)培訓、學校組織、人為影響、政策制度和職業(yè)發(fā)展;還依據(jù)相關理論編制MPCK的調查問卷。再次,運用結構方程模型的檢驗方法,對MPCK影響因素假設模型進行擬合度驗證和修正,從而建構了影響因素模型;對影響因素和教師MPCK各組成要素的影響進行相關分析和回歸分析,并進行模型的假設、驗證,進一步驗證并完善了影響因素模型。本研究得到三方面結論:八維度影響因素模型具有二維結構;構建教師MPCK八維度影響因素結構模型;八維度影響因素模型對教師MPCK具有一定的解釋力。并依據(jù)結論,對提升教師MPCK提出若干建議。本研究一方面具有理論價值,進一步發(fā)展了數(shù)學教師MPCK的理論框架;進一步豐富了我國對數(shù)學教師MPCK的實證研究;進一步深化了我國小學數(shù)學教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的理論研究。另一方面也具有實踐意義,MPCK影響因素的研究有利于促進小學數(shù)學教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展,有利于提升教師MPCK的有效習得與遷移,有利于推動傳統(tǒng)數(shù)學教師教育能力培養(yǎng)方式的變革。
[Abstract]:MPCK (mathematics content knowledge) is the core of knowledge should have the mathematics teachers, is an important evaluation index of mathematics teachers' professional development. Empirical research on the influencing factors on the mathematics teacher MPCK, not only conforms to the development direction of international China characteristics of the mathematics teacher MPCK, but also has important theoretical value and practical significance for deepening the teaching of Chinese mathematics and mathematics teachers in primary school teacher education reform. This study selected Shanghai city of Pudong New Area as the research object. The main influencing factors from the model construction of teachers, MPCK and influencing factors of testing tools for the preparation of research, teacher MPCK relation between the influence factors and its components. Firstly, the research of domestic and foreign on the basis of the review of the theory, combined with the specific situation of primary school mathematics teachers in China, through individual interviews and expert consultation, using the encoding analysis, preliminary combing The influence factors of teachers MPCK. Secondly, the MPCK factors affecting the test scale, subjects were tested by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, extraction and clustering factors of eight dimensions: personal motivation, self-efficacy, learning readiness, professional training, school organization, human influence of policy system and occupation development; also based on the questionnaire related theory system of MPCK. Thirdly, test method using structural equation model, the fitting degree of model verification and correction factors of MPCK effect, so as to construct the influencing factors model; correlation analysis and regression analysis on the influence of various elements and factors of teachers' MPCK the model and hypothesis verification, verify and improve the model of influencing factors. This research obtains three conclusions: the eight dimension model of influencing factors with two-dimensional structure construction; Teacher MPCK eight dimensional structural model of affecting factors; the eight dimension factor model has some explanatory power to the teacher MPCK. And according to the conclusion, put forward some proposals to improve teachers' MPCK has the theoretical value of the study. On the one hand, the further development of the theoretical framework of mathematics teachers MPCK; further enrich the empirical research on the mathematics teacher MPCK I China; to further deepen the theoretical study of primary school mathematics teacher professional development in our country. On the other hand also has practical significance, MPCK study on the influencing factors is conducive to promoting the professional development of primary school mathematics teachers, to improve teachers' effective acquisition and transfer of MPCK, is conducive to promoting the ability of traditional mathematics teacher education training mode reform.
