【摘要】:自2007年中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨十七大提出推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化這一具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的時(shí)代課題以來(lái),十余年期間人們對(duì)馬克思主義大眾化的研究熱度如一,這既是推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)的內(nèi)在要求,又是馬克思主義本質(zhì)屬性和本質(zhì)要求的體現(xiàn)。只有將馬克思主義特別是當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義轉(zhuǎn)化為能夠被最廣大人民群眾所理解、所掌握的最為樸素的通俗易懂的理論,才能不斷推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展。人類社會(huì)進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),無(wú)論從發(fā)展的速度和規(guī)模,還是發(fā)展的質(zhì)量和品質(zhì),都呈現(xiàn)出前所沒(méi)有的態(tài)勢(shì)。在這種態(tài)勢(shì)下,新問(wèn)題、新難題、新課題不斷出現(xiàn)。特別是青海藏區(qū)新問(wèn)題、新難題、新課題更是層出不窮。這就要求我們不斷學(xué)習(xí)、不斷思考、不斷解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。在中國(guó),特別是青海藏區(qū),在我們解決這些實(shí)際問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中,理論如何走向大眾化這一時(shí)代命題成為找到解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的鑰匙。青海藏區(qū)的建設(shè)迫切需要加強(qiáng)思想輿論引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)黨的理論創(chuàng)新成果的宣傳普及,加強(qiáng)黨的路線方針政策的宣傳闡釋,大力推進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化。本文從五個(gè)方面研究了青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化問(wèn)題。第一部分緒論。一是說(shuō)明研究的背景與意義,大眾化是馬克思主義內(nèi)在的要求,當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化是有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀需要,社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀踐行的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,青海藏區(qū)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化。二是綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況。三是概說(shuō)研究思路與方法。第二部分青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的基本特征與理論依據(jù)。一是闡明當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的概念。二是闡述青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的基本特征,民族性,人民性,層次性,動(dòng)態(tài)性。三是論述青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的理論依據(jù),馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于理論大眾化的思想,馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的民族觀,馬克思主義的灌輸思想,思想政治教育理論,政治傳播理論,政治社會(huì)化理論。第三部分青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的客觀必然與現(xiàn)實(shí)可能。一是論述青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的客觀必然,馬克思主義大眾化是由馬克思主義的本質(zhì)決定的,當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化走向深入的內(nèi)在需要,青海藏區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求。二是闡述青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的現(xiàn)實(shí)可能,青海藏區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化具有較充分條件,青海藏區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展奠定了基本的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ),青海藏區(qū)民族干部素質(zhì)顯著提高提供了智力支持。第四部分青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的調(diào)查、困境與原因。一是青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的調(diào)查與分析,調(diào)研說(shuō)明,調(diào)查對(duì)象的基本情況,主要的調(diào)研問(wèn)題,調(diào)研分析。二是分析青海藏區(qū)推進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義同青海藏區(qū)大眾還存在“距離感”,青海藏區(qū)部分黨員干部的馬克思主義信仰動(dòng)搖,不良社會(huì)思潮的監(jiān)管機(jī)制尚不健全,部分社會(huì)階層未能共享改革開(kāi)放的成果。三是闡述青海藏區(qū)推進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化困境的原因,民族意識(shí)與宗教信仰的復(fù)雜交織,經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、教育的相對(duì)落后,當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化傳播面臨網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)雜環(huán)境的挑戰(zhàn),社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期價(jià)值觀念多樣化的沖擊,世界范圍內(nèi)的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)遭遇的嚴(yán)重挫折,理論宣傳的工作方式和方法落后于時(shí)代要求。第五部分青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的推進(jìn)路徑。首先,了解并理解馬克思主義的理論品質(zhì)與其當(dāng)代中國(guó)化,一是馬克思主義是一個(gè)完整的科學(xué)理論體系,二是不斷推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化,三是當(dāng)代中國(guó)的馬克思主義。其次,激發(fā)并明確“青海藏區(qū)大眾”“大眾化”的主體性與差異性,一是激發(fā)“青海藏區(qū)大眾”的主體性,二是明確“青海藏區(qū)大眾”的差異性。第三,培養(yǎng)和造就高素質(zhì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化的“傳播者”,一是堅(jiān)定的政治信念,二是很高的馬克思主義素養(yǎng),三是靈活多樣的傳播藝術(shù)。第四,青海藏區(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化具體形式的創(chuàng)新,一是語(yǔ)言與文字的民族化與通俗化,二是運(yùn)用豐富多彩的傳播方式,三是實(shí)現(xiàn)媒體融合。第五,當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義與青海藏區(qū)具體政策的統(tǒng)一,一是當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義與青海藏區(qū)具體政策措施的有機(jī)結(jié)合,二是青海藏區(qū)大眾從具體政策措施的受惠到認(rèn)同當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義的自覺(jué)!耙堰m應(yīng)新常態(tài)、把握新常態(tài)、引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)作為貫穿發(fā)展全局和全過(guò)程的大邏輯!雹偾嗪2貐^(qū)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化也必須堅(jiān)持這個(gè)“大邏輯”,尊重規(guī)律,以創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)“大眾化”的不斷推進(jìn)!
