【摘要】：當前我國社會心態(tài)整體發(fā)展態(tài)勢不佳,各種新的心理問題如抑郁癥、焦慮癥等成為時下流行的“時代病”,同時社會成員中開始出現(xiàn)浮躁、暴戾、冷漠等消極社會心態(tài)。社會心態(tài)日漸成為當前社會科學(xué)研究的熱點和趨勢,同時也成為黨和政府開展社會治理的一個重要內(nèi)容。作為未來社會主體的大學(xué)生的社會心態(tài)發(fā)展態(tài)勢也不容樂觀,部分大學(xué)生存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念不堅定、價值取向歪曲、社會責任意識缺乏、意志品質(zhì)弱化等現(xiàn)象,甚至因心態(tài)問題出現(xiàn)自殺和他殺事件�！按髮W(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)的培育”日漸成為開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新視角,而“如何培育大學(xué)生的積極社會心態(tài)”也日益成為當前高校思想政治教育亟待研究的重要課題。本文以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為指導(dǎo),立足于理論與實踐的有機統(tǒng)一,圍繞大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)這一中心展開論述。首先,對社會心態(tài)、積極社會心態(tài)和大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)進行論述。指出積極社會心態(tài)是在一定的歷史時期內(nèi)服務(wù)于國家和社會當前發(fā)展需要,促進社會成員自由全面發(fā)展,并能發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵和核心作用的那些積極、正向的社會心態(tài)。同時指出大學(xué)生的自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上社會心態(tài)構(gòu)成大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)的主要內(nèi)容,其中大學(xué)生自尊自信社會心態(tài)是大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)形成的基礎(chǔ),大學(xué)生理性平和社會心態(tài)是大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)形成的保障,大學(xué)生積極向上社會心態(tài)是大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)培育的歸宿。其次,對大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)的社會現(xiàn)實進行了探索。對照大學(xué)生“自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上”的社會心態(tài)的內(nèi)涵和外延,對當代大學(xué)生在“自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上”社會心態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,指出它們在發(fā)展中存在的良好態(tài)勢及妨礙它們形成的主要問題,并指出當前社會的主要矛盾和問題、不良信息的傳播、高校教育管理的科學(xué)化和人性化水平不足以及大學(xué)生主體的局限是導(dǎo)致當前大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)形成中存在主要問題的主要原因。再次,對大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)的培育進行探討。指出要遵循多樣性和主導(dǎo)性、意識性和現(xiàn)實性、整體性和個體性以及“疏”和“導(dǎo)”相結(jié)合的培育原則;要采取理論灌輸、精神引領(lǐng)、制度約束、訴求回應(yīng)及心態(tài)疏通的培育策略;并分類提出大學(xué)生積極社會心態(tài)培育的主要措施,指出要通過解決當前社會主要矛盾、加強社會輿論的導(dǎo)向、加強理論灌輸和引導(dǎo)來培育大學(xué)生自尊自信社會心態(tài)。發(fā)揮社會主義核心價值觀念的價值標桿作用,通過日常教育、服務(wù)和管理的價值引導(dǎo)和錯誤價值觀念的疏導(dǎo)來培育大學(xué)生理性平和社會心態(tài)。通過發(fā)揮“中國夢”對個人夢想與國家夢想的整合作用,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的參政意識和行為,提升社會實踐的深度和廣度來培育大學(xué)生積極向上的社會心態(tài)。
