【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是全球性網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò),在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)世界里,“人聯(lián)網(wǎng)”始終是核心。時(shí)移世易,當(dāng)今世界最大的變化是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這個(gè)活的生命有機(jī)體將人類社會(huì)帶入了嶄新的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代!熬W(wǎng)絡(luò)人”是生活于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì),處于一定網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系中,具有一定網(wǎng)絡(luò)品質(zhì)的人。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代思想政治教育的一種嶄新形態(tài),泛指在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代社會(huì)或社會(huì)群體借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng),用一定的思想對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)人施加有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織的影響,進(jìn)而使網(wǎng)絡(luò)人形成符合一定社會(huì)、一定階級(jí)推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)發(fā)展所需要的思想品德的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng);特指全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)環(huán)境下以中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義為底色的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育!熬W(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育人”是進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐系統(tǒng),生活在網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育關(guān)系中的特殊的網(wǎng)絡(luò)人,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育施教者與網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育受教者。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育本質(zhì)表征網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育“是其所是并區(qū)別于其他教育的根據(jù)”,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人實(shí)際的思想品德水準(zhǔn)同黨和國(guó)家為推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)發(fā)展所要求的思想觀念、政治觀點(diǎn)、道德規(guī)范之間的矛盾規(guī)定著網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育存在的根本依據(jù)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的對(duì)象是網(wǎng)絡(luò)人的思想。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)人的思想為本、聚焦思想政治教育實(shí)踐、通達(dá)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)踐生成邏輯,從根本上決定著網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的本質(zhì)。概括地說(shuō),網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的本質(zhì),是開(kāi)展社會(huì)主導(dǎo)意識(shí)形態(tài)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn),促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育意義的互聯(lián)互通,實(shí)現(xiàn)思想理論掌握網(wǎng)絡(luò)人。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律植根于網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育本質(zhì),是通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)貫徹下去的邏輯必然性。這里的邏輯必然性是通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育過(guò)程中諸現(xiàn)象之間的內(nèi)在的、根本的、穩(wěn)定的必然聯(lián)系及其矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)的必然趨勢(shì)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律是一種特殊的關(guān)系規(guī)律,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)人的思想為聚焦點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)人、網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律的生成元。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)由網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育自身的形成發(fā)展規(guī)律、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人思想品德的形成發(fā)展規(guī)律、網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育內(nèi)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)規(guī)律等相對(duì)獨(dú)立的規(guī)律所構(gòu)成的集合體。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中孕育、創(chuàng)生和發(fā)展。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)促成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的形成發(fā)展規(guī)律——網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育要適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)狀況,從內(nèi)容上看包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育要適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)狀況、適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治狀況、適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化狀況等子規(guī)律。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、職能、環(huán)境、方法等的決定性作用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的服務(wù)性作用,從根本上說(shuō)都是通過(guò)作用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)人的思想來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)人、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人自身的矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)促成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)人思想品德形成發(fā)展的規(guī)律,從內(nèi)容上看包括三個(gè)層面的子規(guī)律。一是施教主體與受教客體的雙向?qū)ο蠡。在施教主體與受教客體的對(duì)象化過(guò)程中,施教主體客體化是現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),受教客體主體化是內(nèi)在條件。二是網(wǎng)絡(luò)人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育環(huán)境的共軛律。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育環(huán)境結(jié)對(duì)而成的“共軛體”中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人創(chuàng)造網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育環(huán)境是前提條件,網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育環(huán)境創(chuàng)造網(wǎng)絡(luò)人是重要依歸。三是網(wǎng)絡(luò)人內(nèi)在的思想矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化的整體優(yōu)化律。網(wǎng)絡(luò)人思想品德認(rèn)知、情感、意志、信念、行為之間的層次轉(zhuǎn)化是整體優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ),網(wǎng)絡(luò)人思想品德各要素自身的差異協(xié)同是整體優(yōu)化的關(guān)鍵。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化傳播、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化引導(dǎo)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化接受的矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)促成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育內(nèi)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)規(guī)律。施教者統(tǒng)合教育內(nèi)容的理論本性、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的互聯(lián)互通本質(zhì)、受教者的接受特質(zhì),開(kāi)展教育內(nèi)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)。一要依循網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化傳播的有機(jī)融合律。既要順應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容的相互融合律,又要順應(yīng)傳統(tǒng)媒體與新興媒體的跨界融合律。二要依循網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化引導(dǎo)的同時(shí)并舉律。既要順應(yīng)全體網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育人“對(duì)等共創(chuàng)內(nèi)容”的規(guī)律,又要順應(yīng)“高勢(shì)位”的思想引導(dǎo)律。三要依循網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化接受的依中致和律。既要順應(yīng)量度質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化互變律,又要順應(yīng)正中反對(duì)立統(tǒng)一律。網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律理論的轉(zhuǎn)化運(yùn)用表現(xiàn)為“實(shí)踐——認(rèn)識(shí)——實(shí)踐”關(guān)聯(lián)整體中一般與個(gè)別、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)人之間的張力與沖突。堅(jiān)持以立為本、立破并舉的方法論原則,著力解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律理論運(yùn)用中面臨的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾。一要順應(yīng)人類社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律、社會(huì)主義建設(shè)規(guī)律、共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政規(guī)律,充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育對(duì)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的“生命線”作用、對(duì)資本主義社會(huì)的“批判性引領(lǐng)”作用。二要促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育與網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想政治教育實(shí)踐視域中的一體化發(fā)展。三要優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育規(guī)律的研究主體與實(shí)踐主體的雙向轉(zhuǎn)化,著力提高理論邏輯與實(shí)踐邏輯的契合度、理論話語(yǔ)與實(shí)踐話語(yǔ)的共識(shí)度、施教主體與受教主體的協(xié)作度。
