【摘要】：中國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入人口老齡化社會,養(yǎng)老問題日漸突出。一些城市人自發(fā)到鄉(xiāng)村租購農(nóng)家院養(yǎng)老,在大城市周邊成為時尚。如何發(fā)揮鄉(xiāng)村的養(yǎng)老功能,是實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要方面,也是鄉(xiāng)村價值的重要體現(xiàn),本文正是在這樣的背景下,探討城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中鄉(xiāng)村的養(yǎng)老價值及其實現(xiàn)條件,對發(fā)揮鄉(xiāng)村養(yǎng)老功能,開辟新的養(yǎng)老空間,打造適合養(yǎng)老的新型鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)具有重要意義。對城里老年人的養(yǎng)老需求調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)有城市養(yǎng)老方式并不能滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求,部分老年人愿意進(jìn)村養(yǎng)老的,圍繞鄉(xiāng)村特點,論文通過對村落的特點的描述回答了村落為什么能滿足老年人養(yǎng)老需求問題。村落良好的自然環(huán)境,滿足了老年人對養(yǎng)老自然環(huán)境的需求：農(nóng)家院落、鄉(xiāng)村公共空間、熟人社會,滿足了老年人社會交往和情感需要；鄉(xiāng)村為老年人提供的農(nóng)業(yè)勞動空間,即滿足了老年人老有所樂、老有所為的需要,也激發(fā)了老年人的成就感和自豪感。是保持心理健康的重要條件。村落養(yǎng)老模式對城市和鄉(xiāng)村均有影響。首先,城里老年人進(jìn)村養(yǎng)老緩解了城市的壓力。隨著部分老年人的進(jìn)村養(yǎng)老,可以一定程度緩解城市住房、交通和醫(yī)療等方面壓力；其次,城里老年人進(jìn)村養(yǎng)老也對所居住的村落產(chǎn)生影響。城里老年人的進(jìn)入為村落注入了新的活力,他們憑借著自己較高的文化素質(zhì)為鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)注入活力；憑借自己的專業(yè)技術(shù),可以帶動鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,成為支持和幫助鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的重要力量。其三,解決了鄉(xiāng)村空殼化和宅基地的閑置問題,不僅減緩或在一定程度阻止了鄉(xiāng)村的衰敗,也增加了農(nóng)民的收入；鄉(xiāng)村養(yǎng)老的實現(xiàn)可以架起城市和鄉(xiāng)村溝通的橋梁,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)文明融合。但是應(yīng)該看到,諸如村落基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、衛(wèi)生環(huán)境、醫(yī)療條件、宅基地制度等鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境,還存在很多不能適應(yīng)老人養(yǎng)老需求的方面,打造適合城市人進(jìn)村、村里人養(yǎng)老的社區(qū),還需要做很多工作。
[Abstract]:China has entered a society of aging population, and the problem of pension is becoming more and more prominent. Some city people spontaneously to the country purchase farmyard endowment, become fashionable around the big city. How to play the function of providing for the aged in rural areas, is an important aspect of the integration of urban and rural areas, but also an important manifestation of rural value, this article is in this context, to explore the value of rural pension in the process of urban-rural integration and its implementation conditions, give full play to the functions of rural old-age pension, open up new space, is of great significance to build for new countryside community endowment. The survey found the city pension needs of the elderly, the existing city endowment way and can not meet the demands of the elderly, some elderly people are willing to care around the village, rural characteristics, the characteristics of the village's description of the answer why can meet the village elderly pension demand. The village good natural environment, meet the needs of the elderly pension on the natural environment: the farm house, rural public space, social acquaintances, meet the old social and emotional needs for the elderly; rural agricultural labor space that meet the old people need music, worthiness, but also stimulate the old man's sense of accomplishment and pride. It is an important condition for keeping mental health. The village pension model has an impact on both the city and the countryside. First of all, the old people in the city to enter the village to alleviate the pressure of the city. With the part of the elderly's going to the villages to provide for the aged, they can alleviate the pressure of urban housing, transportation and medical treatment to some extent. Secondly, the elderly in the city will also have an impact on the villages they live in. The entry of the elderly in the city has brought new vitality to the villages. They are giving vitality to the rural cultural construction by virtue of their higher cultural quality. With their professional skills, they can drive the development of the rural industry and become an important force to support and help the rural development. Thirdly, it solved the problem of rural empty shell and the idle land of homestead. It not only slowed down or prevented the decline of the countryside to some extent, but also increased the income of the farmers. The realization of the rural endowment can set up a bridge between urban and rural communication, and promote the integration of urban and rural civilization. But we should see that there are many rural environments like village infrastructure, health environment, medical conditions, homestead system and so on. There are still many aspects that can not meet the needs of the elderly, so we need to do a lot of work to create communities suitable for urban people to go to the villages and provide for the aged in the villages.
