口譯學(xué)能測(cè)試中的堅(jiān)韌性人格研究

  口譯員并非天生,通過(guò)專業(yè)訓(xùn)練,人人皆有可能成為譯員。但時(shí)間和教育資源有限,越來(lái)越多的學(xué)校采用學(xué)能測(cè)試甄選申請(qǐng)者。文獻(xiàn)回顧及實(shí)證調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),在口譯學(xué)能測(cè)試中,人們普遍更加重視諸如雙語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)換能力、理解、分析等認(rèn)知技能的考查,而忽視了針對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的非認(rèn)知能力,尤其是人格特征的科學(xué)測(cè)量。堅(jiān)韌性人格是一種極具價(jià)值的人格特征。它具有三個(gè)維度——承諾、控制與挑戰(zhàn)。承諾指?jìng)(gè)體全身心投入生活和工作,享受樂(lè)趣、探究意義;控制指在不利條件下,個(gè)體具備通過(guò)自身行動(dòng)改變事態(tài)發(fā)展的信念,對(duì)不利事件施加正面影響;挑戰(zhàn)則是個(gè)體在積極或消極經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)習(xí),將變化視為自我成長(zhǎng)的機(jī)遇。堅(jiān)韌性人格使個(gè)體在高壓力情境下仍能保持身心健康,促進(jìn)其行為表現(xiàn),是從事高壓力職業(yè)人員應(yīng)具備的人格?谧g是一項(xiàng)特殊的語(yǔ)言交際活動(dòng),其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)性、時(shí)限性和不可預(yù)測(cè)性決定了它的高壓力性。因此,口譯員應(yīng)具有“抗壓”、“有毅力”“有心理彈性”等特征。研究表明,堅(jiān)韌性人格不僅與上述特征緊密相關(guān),而且是應(yīng)對(duì)壓力的有效預(yù)測(cè)指標(biāo)。本文試圖將這一心理學(xué)概念引入口譯研究領(lǐng)域,探究其對(duì)譯員表現(xiàn)的作用和影響機(jī)制,闡釋其在口譯學(xué)能測(cè)試中的獨(dú)特功能和重要意義。鑒于堅(jiān)韌性人格與焦慮緩解和...
