【摘要】：目的:本研究為國家中醫(yī)藥管理局課題項(xiàng)目《中醫(yī)醫(yī)院移動醫(yī)療信息基本數(shù)據(jù)集》的組成部分。在醫(yī)院信息化趨向完善的基礎(chǔ)上,充分利用持續(xù)發(fā)展的信息技術(shù),進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)醫(yī)院數(shù)字化相關(guān)工作,提高醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)水平,降低系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的潛在風(fēng)險,滿足醫(yī)院長久發(fā)展的客觀需求。同時,把握醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的脈絡(luò)和趨勢,探索醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的潛在規(guī)律,將對其它醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和信息化的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供有力的支撐,也必將為其他中西醫(yī)結(jié)合類醫(yī)院的信息化探索之路提供有效的借鑒。方法:本文以廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法針對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)與評價;結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)查研究深入了解廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)歷程和當(dāng)前水平;運(yùn)用訪談法和流程分析法針對醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、管理人員、醫(yī)生、護(hù)士等探索各模塊的優(yōu)化途徑,以及通過問卷調(diào)查和相關(guān)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析得出醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的滿意度狀況,最后提出信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和應(yīng)用中存在的問題并給出優(yōu)化策略。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)能夠滿足醫(yī)院自身發(fā)展的需要,但同時隨著醫(yī)院新大樓的投入使用,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的需求開始進(jìn)一步顯現(xiàn)。針對信息系統(tǒng)滿意度調(diào)查,量表信效度較高,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)量表總體得分為3.69±0.48,經(jīng)單因素方差分析和Logistic回歸分析,影響廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)滿意度的主要因素為工齡、常用信息系統(tǒng)、職稱和學(xué)歷等;其自身所存在的問題主要是人才、資金投入、信息化意識等問題。結(jié)論:廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)信息化宣傳,提升醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和員工的信息化意識;加大醫(yī)院信息專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn);注重資金投入的持續(xù)性和均衡性;完善相關(guān)信息系統(tǒng)的規(guī)章制度;技術(shù)人員和臨床人員積極合作,深入臨床一線探究中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的特色融合,確保醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的長效發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study is a part of the project "basic data set of Mobile Medical Information in TCM Hospitals" of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine. On the basis of the consummation of hospital informatization, we should make full use of the information technology of sustainable development, further improve the related work of hospital digitization, raise the level of hospital informatization construction, and reduce the potential risk of system construction. To meet the objective needs of hospital development for a long time. At the same time, grasping the vein and trend of hospital information construction and exploring the potential law of hospital information construction will provide strong support for the construction of other hospital information systems and the long-term development of information technology. It will also provide effective reference for other integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals. Methods: in this paper, the author took Guangdong integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital as the research object, and summarized and evaluated the present situation of hospital information system construction at home and abroad by the method of literature research. Based on the field investigation, we deeply understand the course and current level of information system construction in Guangdong integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital. Using interview and process analysis to explore the optimization of each module for hospital leaders, administrators, doctors and nurses, as well as the satisfaction status of hospital information system through questionnaire survey and related statistical analysis. Finally, the problems in the construction and application of information system are put forward and the optimization strategy is given. Results: after more than a decade of development and application, the Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Information system in Guangdong Province has been able to meet the needs of the hospital's own development, but at the same time, with the opening of the new hospital building, The demand of hospital information system begins to appear further. According to the information system satisfaction survey, the reliability and validity of the scale was high, the total score of the hospital information system scale was 3.69 鹵0.48, which was analyzed by single factor ANOVA and Logistic regression analysis. The main factors influencing the satisfaction degree of information system in Guangdong integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital were length of service, information system commonly used, professional title and educational background, etc. Its own existing problems are mainly talent, capital investment, information awareness and other issues. Conclusion: Guangdong integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital should strengthen information propaganda, enhance the information consciousness of hospital leaders and staff, increase the training and introduction of hospital information professionals, pay attention to the sustainability and balance of capital investment. Improve the rules and regulations of the relevant information system; technicians and clinicians actively cooperate to explore the characteristics of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine to ensure the long-term development of hospital information system.
