【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)飛速發(fā)展,從"廣"至"深"地改變著我們的生活和工作�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)加速了信息的傳遞,同時也加速了危機的擴大。正如英國作家查爾斯·狄更斯所著的《雙城記》里一句話"這是一個最好的時代,這是一個最壞的時代"。近些年來,食品安全事件、藥品安全事件、高校學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情等在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上屢見不鮮。研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、探討引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情機制顯得十分必要。我國學(xué)者于2003年正式開始研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情,涉及網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情相關(guān)概念、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息挖掘方法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情演變機制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情特征等多個方面。但在研究議題上大多數(shù)集中在高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、突發(fā)公共事件等方面的輿情研究,專門針對中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的研究很少,本文有針對性地對中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進行分析,并結(jié)合中國中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展實際,對發(fā)揚和傳承中醫(yī)藥文化有參考性的價值。本論文使用文獻分析法、大數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、案例法對中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進行研究。首先,梳理了在2003年至2016年之間,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情相關(guān)內(nèi)容的論文發(fā)表情況。其次,介紹了 2016年中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情概況,并著重分析了三件中醫(yī)藥熱點事件,包括《中醫(yī)藥法》出臺、止咳藥貝母檢出硫磺事件、女演員徐婷之死引發(fā)的中西醫(yī)之爭。從中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情事件的潛伏期、發(fā)展期、衰退期的變化規(guī)律,對中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情特點進行總結(jié)。本研究的創(chuàng)新點在于利用中國食品藥品輿情監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)抓取2016年中醫(yī)藥相關(guān)事件的全年數(shù)據(jù),通過對熱點事件的個案進行實證分析,揭示了中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的現(xiàn)狀、成因及變動規(guī)律;并結(jié)合輿論學(xué)、社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)、新聞學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、計算機科學(xué)等知識對中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進行研究,嘗試提出中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的引導(dǎo)對策。本論文重點研究了以下幾個問題:第一,對中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情特點進行歸納梳理,分析中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情發(fā)展走勢。第二,對中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情事件進行個例分析,為引導(dǎo)中醫(yī)藥輿情提供可行性建議。第三,從政府、媒體、公眾、企業(yè)四個主體進行分析,在中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中扮演什么樣的角色,承擔(dān)著什么樣的責(zé)任,如何引導(dǎo)輿論發(fā)展等。綜上所述,本文基于中國食品藥品輿情監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),對中醫(yī)藥相關(guān)輿情數(shù)據(jù)進行匯總分類,概述中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情特點、適用的引導(dǎo)對策,對政府部門、媒體、企業(yè)等應(yīng)對類似事件具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。希望本文可以為中醫(yī)藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)管及制定相關(guān)法規(guī)政策提供有益的啟發(fā)和幫助。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet, from "wide" to "deep" changes in our lives and work. The Internet has accelerated the transmission of information, but also accelerated the expansion of the crisis. As Charles Dickens, an English writer, says in A Tale of two cities, "this is the best time, this is the worst." In recent years, food safety, drug safety, college students online public opinion and so on are common on the Internet. It is necessary to study the network public opinion and discuss the mechanism of guiding the network public opinion. In 2003, Chinese scholars formally began to study network public opinion, including related concepts of network public opinion, information mining method of network public opinion, analysis technology of network public opinion, evolution mechanism of network public opinion, characteristics of network public opinion and so on. However, most of the research topics are focused on the network public opinion of colleges and universities, food safety network public opinion, unexpected public events and other aspects of public opinion research, especially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine network public opinion research is very few. This article analyzes the Chinese medicine network public opinion, and combines the Chinese traditional medicine development reality, has the reference value to carry forward and inherit the traditional Chinese medicine culture. This paper uses literature analysis, big data management system to collect relevant data, case study of traditional Chinese medicine network public opinion. First of all, it combs the publication of the related content of internet public opinion between 2003 and 2016. Secondly, it introduces the general situation of Chinese medicine network public opinion in 2016, and analyzes three hot issues of traditional Chinese medicine, including the introduction of the Chinese Medicine Law, the detection of sulfur by the antitussive medicine Fritillaria, and the controversy between traditional Chinese and Western medicine caused by the death of actress Xu Ting. This paper summarizes the characteristics of network public opinion in the field of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of latent period, development period and decline period. The innovation of this study is to use the Chinese food and drug public opinion monitoring system to capture the annual data of the events related to Chinese medicine in 2016, and to reveal the current situation of the Chinese medicine network public opinion through the empirical analysis of the hot spot cases. The cause of formation and the law of change; Combined with the knowledge of public opinion, sociology, psychology, journalism, communication, computer science and so on, this paper studies the network public opinion of traditional Chinese medicine, and tries to put forward the guiding countermeasures of the network public opinion of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper focuses on the following issues: first, the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine network public opinion are summarized and combed, and the development trend of traditional Chinese medicine network public opinion is analyzed. Second, the Chinese medicine network public opinion event carries on the case analysis, provides the feasibility suggestion for guiding the traditional Chinese medicine public opinion. Third, from the government, the media, the public, the enterprise four main body carries on the analysis, in Chinese medicine network public opinion what kind of role, bears what kind of responsibility, how to guide the public opinion development and so on. To sum up, based on the data mining technology of Chinese food and drug public opinion monitoring system, this paper summarizes and classifies the Chinese medicine related public opinion data, summarizes the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine network public opinion, the applicable guiding countermeasures, to the government departments, the media, It is of great theoretical significance and practical value for enterprises to deal with similar events. I hope this paper can provide useful inspiration and help for the supervision of Chinese medicine network public opinion and the formulation of relevant laws and policies.
