【摘要】:當(dāng)今信息時代品牌是企業(yè)的核心競爭力,如何建設(shè)好一個品牌成為了企業(yè)中重要也是最核心的問題。質(zhì)量是企業(yè)的生命線,品牌是企業(yè)的精髓,要提高質(zhì)量,必須建立健全企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系。通過全面質(zhì)量管理工具QCC等的手法,可以全面提升醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理,達(dá)到醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理的最高國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)美國JCI認(rèn)證,和醫(yī)療服務(wù)最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)德國TUV認(rèn)證,從而打造國際化高端醫(yī)院品牌。醫(yī)院品牌必須建立在高質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)之上,《美國醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)評審國際聯(lián)合委員會醫(yī)院評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,即JCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn),代表了目前國際上醫(yī)院管理及醫(yī)療服務(wù)的最高水準(zhǔn),其核心目標(biāo)是醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)和患者安全的保證。JCI的核心理念是"以患者為中心",重點(diǎn)是對醫(yī)院的制度建設(shè)、醫(yī)療流程、質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn),而JCI的核心價值觀是不斷提升醫(yī)療質(zhì)量、降低醫(yī)療風(fēng)險、保證患者安全。TUV是德語"技術(shù)監(jiān)督協(xié)會"的縮寫,TUV國際服務(wù)認(rèn)證以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)著稱,要求受審單位自授證后的每兩年要接受德國萊茵公司的持續(xù)評審,且一年的要求會高于一年,若不通過將會撤銷認(rèn)證。如何使醫(yī)療得到持續(xù)改善和提升,達(dá)到這些國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),目前存在的主要問題是:沒有有效改善和持續(xù)提升醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的工具,且醫(yī)療質(zhì)量改進(jìn)后沒有檢驗(yàn)的措施。QCC作為改善及持續(xù)提升醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的有效方法,已經(jīng)在醫(yī)療行業(yè)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文闡述如何采用QCC的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工具,可以將JCI和TUV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完美地貫徹到醫(yī)院的質(zhì)量管理中,并且讓醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和改善有章可循。QCC(Quality Control Circles)是品質(zhì)管理圈,又叫質(zhì)量控制圈,是全面質(zhì)量管理的一個環(huán)節(jié),是同一工作現(xiàn)場的工作性質(zhì)相同的人員自發(fā)的進(jìn)行管理的活動時組成的小組,通過成立品管圈活動小組,運(yùn)用QCC應(yīng)用手法(常見的QC新舊七手法)魚骨圖、柏拉圖等進(jìn)行原因分析,運(yùn)用戴明環(huán)PDCA循環(huán)工具制定針對性的整改措施改善工作質(zhì)量如此循環(huán)達(dá)到持續(xù)改善的目的。本文選取ANGEL醫(yī)院作為品牌研究對象,從醫(yī)院的品牌管理及工作質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)等方面進(jìn)行比較全面的探討,闡述如何采用QCC方法作為質(zhì)量改善工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量最高國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JCI和TUV雙達(dá)標(biāo),達(dá)成患者安全、患者舒適的目的,最終鑄造出了國際高端醫(yī)院的品牌。本文的研究成果對其他的醫(yī)院也有很好的參考價值,以美國JCI認(rèn)證和德國TUV認(rèn)證為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用QCC品管圈采用PDCA質(zhì)量改進(jìn)辦法,對國際高端醫(yī)院的品牌建設(shè)和質(zhì)量管理提供多角度的考核和參考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, brand is the core competitiveness of enterprises in the information age. How to build a brand well has become an important and most important problem in enterprises. Quality is the lifeline of enterprise, brand is the essence of enterprise, in order to improve quality, it is necessary to establish and perfect enterprise quality management system. Through the means of QCC and so on, we can comprehensively improve medical quality management, achieve the highest international standard of medical quality management, JCI certification in the United States, and TUV certification in Germany, the highest standard of medical service. In order to create an international brand of high-end hospitals. The hospital brand must be built on the basis of high quality. The JCI standard, represents the highest standard of hospital management and medical service in the world. Its core goal is the continuous improvement of medical quality and the guarantee of patient safety. The core idea of JCI is "taking the patient as the center", with emphasis on the system construction, the medical process and the continuous improvement of the quality of the hospital. The core values of JCI are to continuously improve the quality of medical care, reduce medical risks, ensure patient safety. TUV is the abbreviation of the German-language "Technical Supervision Association" and the TUV international service certification is well known for its rigour. The unit is required to undergo a continuing review every two years after the grant of the certificate, and the requirement for one year will be higher than one year, and if not, the certification will be revoked. The main problem is that there are no effective tools to improve and continuously improve the quality of health care. As an effective method to improve and continuously improve the quality of medical service, QCC has been widely used in medical industry. This paper describes how to use the QCC quality improvement tools to perfect the implementation of JCI and TUV standards in hospital quality management, and to make medical quality supervision and improvement rule.QCC (quality Control circles) is a quality management circle, also called quality control circle. It is a link in total quality management. It is a group formed when the same work site has the same work quality and the same nature of the personnel spontaneously carrying out the management activities. Through the establishment of the quality control circle activity group, Using QCC (QC new and old seven techniques) fish bone map Plato and so on the reason analysis using the Daiminghuan PDCA cycle tool to formulate targeted corrective measures to improve the quality of work so as to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement. This article selects ANGEL hospital as the brand research object, from the hospital brand management and the work quality continuous improvement and so on aspect carries on the relatively comprehensive discussion, expounds how to adopt the QCC method as the quality improvement tool, To achieve the highest international standards of medical quality JCI and TUV, to achieve patient safety, patient comfort, and finally cast out the international high-end hospital brand. The research results of this paper also have good reference value for other hospitals. Taking the JCI certification of the United States and TUV certification of Germany as the standard, the quality improvement method of PDCA is adopted in the QCC quality control circle. To the international high-end hospital brand construction and quality management to provide a multi-angle assessment and reference.
