【摘要】：目的探討復(fù)方積雪草合劑在西藥基礎(chǔ)治療上對(duì)早期2型糖尿病腎病患者腎保護(hù)作用。方法按實(shí)驗(yàn)入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入的60例早期糖尿病腎病的患者,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,研究時(shí)間為3個(gè)月。兩組均采用一般治療(飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、戒煙)、降壓、降糖、降脂等基礎(chǔ)治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組加用復(fù)方積雪草合劑。3個(gè)月后對(duì)兩組患者的尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、尿常規(guī)、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血糖、尿酸以及中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行觀察和比較。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組的尿微量白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐值、血清肌酐等指標(biāo)下降明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方積雪草合劑用于治療早期糖尿病腎病,能夠明顯的降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率,對(duì)早期糖尿病腎病有良好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of compound asiatica mixture on the kidney of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in the basic treatment of western medicine. Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for 3 months. Both groups were treated with general treatment (diet, exercise control, smoking cessation, hypotension, hypoglycemia, lipid-lowering and so on. The experimental group was treated with compound Centella asiatica mixture. After 3 months, urine microalbumin / creatinine, urine routine, serum creatinine were used in both groups. Urea nitrogen, blood glucose, uric acid and TCM symptom score were observed and compared. Results the levels of urinary microalbumin, urinary microalbumin / creatinine and serum creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with compound Xuehue mixture can obviously reduce the excretion rate of urinary microalbumin and has a good clinical effect on early diabetic nephropathy.
