【摘要】：目的:探討加味痛瀉要方治療肝郁脾虛型D-IBS的臨床療效,為中醫(yī)藥治療肝郁脾虛型D-IBS提供依據(jù)、思路及用藥參考。方法:選擇符合肝郁脾虛型D-IBS診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例60例,按就診先后順序排序隨機(jī)分為2組,每組30例,分別設(shè)為中藥治療組和西藥治療組,治療組治療前、后均根據(jù)癥狀分級(jí)量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評(píng)分并同時(shí)觀察不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:1.中藥治療組治療肝郁脾虛型D-IBS患者,總有效率達(dá)96.7%;西藥治療組治療肝郁脾虛型D-IBS患者,總有效率達(dá)70.0%;兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.治療組治療后各主要癥狀積分及癥狀總積分均比治療前顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.中藥治療組治療后各主要癥狀積分及癥狀總積分均低于西藥治療組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加味痛瀉要方對(duì)肝郁脾虛型D-IBS患者有良好療效,治療過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng),其臨床療效優(yōu)于匹維溴銨。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Tongxieshuo recipe in the treatment of D-IBS with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and to provide the basis, train of thought and medication reference for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of D-IBS with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods: sixty cases of D-IBS with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, which were divided into two groups: traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group, before treatment, the treatment group was divided into two groups.All the patients were graded according to the criteria of symptom grading and adverse reactions were observed at the same time.The result is 1: 1.The total effective rate was 96.7in the treatment group of D-IBS with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and 70.010 in the western medicine treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). 2.After treatment, the scores of major symptoms and the total scores of symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The scores of major symptoms and symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Tongxieyao recipe has good curative effect on D-IBS patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and no obvious adverse reaction was found in the course of treatment, and its clinical curative effect is superior to that of piveronium bromide.
