本文主要研究對(duì)外援助對(duì)盧旺達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。文中選用了從1998年到2018年間,來(lái)自澳大利亞、亞洲、歐洲和美洲等區(qū)域29個(gè)捐助國(guó)雙邊援助凈流量數(shù)據(jù)。本研究用人均GDP來(lái)衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和用官方援助凈流入額來(lái)衡量外援情況,這兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵變量使人們能夠在宏觀層面關(guān)注援助與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。本文對(duì)世界銀行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了收集并分析了變量之間的關(guān)系。本論文采用一種普通最小二乘（OLS）來(lái)檢驗(yàn)估計(jì)量的穩(wěn)健性該方法具有線(xiàn)性、最小方差和無(wú)偏的最優(yōu)性質(zhì)。本文利用面板數(shù)據(jù)法進(jìn)行回歸分析,在外援與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)面板數(shù)據(jù)序列的基礎(chǔ)上檢驗(yàn)了二者之間的關(guān)系。研究表明,從援助效果來(lái)看,外援流入與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率和人均GDP增長(zhǎng)率有關(guān)。此外,在良好的政策環(huán)境下,援助與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)正相關(guān)。因此。投資一些發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的援助,可提高國(guó)家的國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值,降低國(guó)家的貧困水平。這些結(jié)果將有助于宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策制定者考慮分配資源以促進(jìn)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓和發(fā)展、促進(jìn)儲(chǔ)蓄和投資以及資本積累以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)一步增長(zhǎng)。
