這項(xiàng)研究的目的是為了調(diào)查合作社如何幫助加納可可種植者增加收入。本研究具有重要的實(shí)踐意義,因?yàn)檫@將有助于解決加納可可種植者面臨的眾多挑戰(zhàn)。這項(xiàng)研究主要是為了了解合作社對(duì)可可種植者收入的影響、以賦能形式獲得的援助以及合作社面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。本研究采用了多種研究方法,通過田野調(diào)查、問卷和訪談等方式收集了500名可可種植者的資料。本文基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和圖表對(duì)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行分析。具體分析軟件是SPSS和AMOS。本文研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)合作社對(duì)種植可可的農(nóng)民產(chǎn)生了積極影響。其次,合作社有助于加納種植可可的農(nóng)民提高生產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)量和收入,有助于改善農(nóng)民的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)福祉。再次,合作社主要通過培訓(xùn)其良好的耕作方法來提高農(nóng)民能力的。例如,修剪、種植、整理土地活動(dòng)、防治病蟲害、收割以及如何有效和高效率地施用肥料。所有這些培訓(xùn)方案使農(nóng)民獲得必要的培訓(xùn)和技能,以幫助他們改善農(nóng)場上的所有活動(dòng)。這些培訓(xùn)是按計(jì)劃間隔組織的,其中一些是每月和每年組織一次。最后,本文建議合作社的活動(dòng)必須得到所有利益攸關(guān)方(加納可可委員會(huì)、可可的政府用戶和農(nóng)民)的支持,以使加納的可可種植具有可持續(xù)性。
