新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目組織聚類與流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷加劇、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的新形勢(shì)下,為了贏得市場(chǎng),企業(yè)必須以客戶需求為導(dǎo)向,不斷快速地推出高質(zhì)量的新產(chǎn)品。新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目是由“產(chǎn)品-流程-組織”三個(gè)領(lǐng)域高度耦合構(gòu)成的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),產(chǎn)品的需求分析是影響產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成功與否的首要因素;組織優(yōu)化是降低管理復(fù)雜性,保證產(chǎn)品開發(fā)順利進(jìn)行的有效途徑;流程優(yōu)化是縮短項(xiàng)目開發(fā)時(shí)間,降低開發(fā)成本的主要手段。迄今為止,關(guān)于這些方面的研究已經(jīng)取得了許多成果,但在理論方法和實(shí)際應(yīng)用方面尚存在一些不足。本文基于設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣?yán)碚?DSM)等方法,以企業(yè)中產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的的實(shí)際情況為背景,深入分析新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中流程和組織的特點(diǎn),主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)用戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的功能需要,以及構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)合理的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)組織是企業(yè)生存的關(guān)鍵。因此,本文開展了基于客戶需求的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究。首先,提出建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)下的客戶體驗(yàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),基于用戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽數(shù)據(jù)建立產(chǎn)品功能網(wǎng)絡(luò),在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用PageRank算法挖掘客戶對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的功能需求。然后,為了優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu),從信息熵所描述的組織有序度的角度,提出了組織DSM信息熵概率的計(jì)算方法,并建立了組織DSM的類內(nèi)、類外和整體的信息熵計(jì)算模型。進(jìn)一步,提出了基于信息熵的組織DSM二階段聚類算法來(lái)優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu),降低組織復(fù)雜性。最后,通過(guò)案例分析,驗(yàn)證了本文提出模型的有效性。(2)為了彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)DSM聚類算法穩(wěn)定性差的缺點(diǎn),本文開展了基于譜聚類的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目組織優(yōu)化研究。首先,結(jié)合新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)組織中的技術(shù)信息傳遞的特點(diǎn)和團(tuán)隊(duì)在目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)中的不同作用,提出采用PageRank算法來(lái)識(shí)別組織核心團(tuán)隊(duì)。其次,根據(jù)杰卡德相似性系數(shù)的思想,結(jié)合團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的技術(shù)信息溝通情況,建立了計(jì)算團(tuán)隊(duì)之間相似度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并構(gòu)建相似性矩陣。進(jìn)一步,給出了組織DSM譜聚類過(guò)程,并將在PageRank算法中得分靠前的團(tuán)隊(duì)作為譜聚類的初始聚類中心。最后,通過(guò)案例分析,與現(xiàn)有的兩種DSM聚類算法做對(duì)比,結(jié)果顯示本文提出的譜聚類方法顯示出了更好的聚類效果和更強(qiáng)的魯棒性。(3)為分析產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過(guò)程中的迭代對(duì)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間和成本的影響,本文開展了基于返工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播和預(yù)處理的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目流程DSM優(yōu)化研究。首先,研究了返工變更的傳播過(guò)程,在直接返工概率和間接返工概率的基礎(chǔ)上建立了返工因子設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣,量化了返工變更傳播和返工時(shí)間、范圍對(duì)返工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響。然后,提出采用“返工預(yù)處理”的方法降低返工影響強(qiáng)度,構(gòu)建了預(yù)處理后的返工影響強(qiáng)度計(jì)算模型。進(jìn)一步,基于返工預(yù)處理和返工因子DSM構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目?jī)羰找婺P?并以項(xiàng)目?jī)羰找孀畲蠡鳛榱鞒藾SM優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。最后,通過(guò)案例驗(yàn)證了本文提出模型的有效性,優(yōu)化與仿真結(jié)果表明采用本文提出的方法可有效控制返工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the current economic globalization intensifies, the new situation of increasingly fierce competition in the market, in order to win the market, the enterprise must take the customer demand as the guidance, the rapid introduction of new products of high quality. The new product development project is a complex system architecture consists of three areas of "product flow organization" highly coupled, demand analysis the product is a primary factor affecting the success of product development; organization optimization is to reduce the complexity of management, effective way to ensure the smooth development of the products; process optimization is to shorten the time of project development, the main means of reducing development costs. So far, the Research on these has made many achievements, but in theory, method and practice the application still exist some shortcomings. This paper based on the theory of design structure matrix (DSM) method, based on the actual situation of product development of enterprises in the background of deep. The analysis of the characteristics of process and organization of new product development project. The main contents are as follows: (1) the accurate prediction of the user of the product function, and the key to construct reasonable project development organization is the survival of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper carried out the research on the structure optimization of new product development organization based on customer demand. First, put forward to establish a network platform customer experience network, users browsing data to establish the product function based on network, on the basis of this, using the PageRank algorithm for mining customer functional requirements for new products. Then, in order to optimize the organizational structure, order degree entropy described from the perspective of the organization, puts forward the calculation method of DSM entropy probability the organization and the establishment of the DSM class, class of calculation model and overall information entropy. Further, put forward to optimize the two stage DSM clustering algorithm based on information entropy Organization structure, reduce the complexity of organization. Finally, through case analysis, to verify the validity of the proposed model. (2) in order to make up for the traditional DSM clustering algorithm, the shortcoming of poor stability, this paper carried out the research on the new product development project organization optimization based on spectral clustering. First, different combination of features and new product information technology team the development of tissue transfer in the realization of the goal of the proposed PageRank algorithm is used to identify the organization's core team. Secondly, according to the Jaccard similarity coefficient method, combined with the status of information communication technology situation between the team, establishes a mathematical model for calculating the similarity between the team, and construct similarity matrix. Further, given DSM spectral clustering process, and the scores on the team in the PageRank algorithm as the initial cluster center of spectral clustering. Finally, through the case analysis, and the existing two kinds of poly DSM Comparison of algorithms, results show that the spectral clustering method is proposed in this paper shows better robustness and stronger clustering effect. (3) in order to analyze the effect of iteration in the process of product development for the project time and cost, this paper carried out the research of new product development project process optimization DSM rework risk propagation and Pretreatment Based on the study of the propagation process. Firstly, rework changes, based on direct and indirect rework rework probability probability is established on the rework factor design structure matrix, quantitative change propagation and rework, rework time, influence range of rework risk. Then, the method of "rework pretreatment" reduce rework impact strength. The calculation model is constructed after pretreatment of the rework impact strength. Further, rework pretreatment and rework factor DSM to construct the project model based on net income, and net income to project into Finally, a case is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. The optimization and simulation results show that the risk of rework can be effectively controlled by the proposed method in this paper, DSM.
