【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)人民收入與生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)觀念正在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,從過(guò)去關(guān)注農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格逐步轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)等附加價(jià)值。但是由于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的頻發(fā),再加上農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈信息的不對(duì)稱,導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)者無(wú)法對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品建立信心,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)更無(wú)從談起。優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)者、經(jīng)營(yíng)者與消費(fèi)者之間的有效互動(dòng)與供應(yīng)鏈信息共享對(duì)推動(dòng)優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈生態(tài)的良性發(fā)展有重要意義。本文以改善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供求平衡與產(chǎn)消信任關(guān)系,幫助優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)價(jià)為目標(biāo),提出了"農(nóng)產(chǎn)品透明供應(yīng)鏈"的概念,為生產(chǎn)者提供便捷的供應(yīng)鏈信息化管理工具,為經(jīng)營(yíng)者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)能媒合信息,為消費(fèi)者提供全程參與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的渠道。對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品透明供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析后,以"農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與共享"、"面向多業(yè)態(tài)多用戶的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理"、"主觀認(rèn)知下的產(chǎn)銷媒合模型"、"面向消費(fèi)者的參與式體驗(yàn)"等四項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)為研究對(duì)象開展了以下工作:1)針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈多元異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與共享問(wèn)題,以農(nóng)業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)在農(nóng)情監(jiān)測(cè)、精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)為依據(jù),開展了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈元數(shù)據(jù)描述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究工作,對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源與組成進(jìn)行了歸類。對(duì)比分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的元數(shù)據(jù)描述方法與適用領(lǐng)域,在Dublin Core的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了基礎(chǔ)元數(shù)據(jù)+擴(kuò)展元數(shù)據(jù)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了統(tǒng)一描述;在數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方面,對(duì)常用數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)策略進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,選擇了適合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)的存儲(chǔ)策略實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈多元異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ):最后結(jié)合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈不同參與主體對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)共享的需求,在元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的支撐下,研究了 RSET服務(wù)構(gòu)架與JSON結(jié)合解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)在各個(gè)參與主體間的共享的問(wèn)題。2)針對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理中信息化應(yīng)用存在的個(gè)性化響應(yīng)難,擴(kuò)展性差以及建設(shè)成本高,推廣應(yīng)用難等問(wèn)題,開展了面向多業(yè)態(tài)多用戶的低成本供應(yīng)鏈信息化管理服務(wù)的研究工作,通過(guò)大量實(shí)際調(diào)研,對(duì)不同業(yè)態(tài)下農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理共性需求與多用戶間的個(gè)性化需求進(jìn)行了提煉,抽象形成了一系列供應(yīng)鏈過(guò)程管理通用業(yè)務(wù)組件模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上利用云組件技術(shù)建立了新農(nóng)場(chǎng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理服務(wù)平臺(tái),不同農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)組件的搭配可以快速形成量身定制的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng),業(yè)務(wù)間的松耦合與組件共享很好的解決了靈活性與建設(shè)成本高的問(wèn)題,同時(shí),個(gè)性化組件的長(zhǎng)期積累下能夠不斷豐富平臺(tái)資源,擴(kuò)展平臺(tái)面向多業(yè)態(tài)、多用戶的服務(wù)能力。3)針對(duì)當(dāng)前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)銷對(duì)接僅是供求信息發(fā)布,缺乏定向媒合,產(chǎn)銷雙方媒合準(zhǔn)確率低的問(wèn)題,開展了優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)銷媒合模型構(gòu)建及其在B2B模式下的應(yīng)用研究。比較分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域常用的媒合方法,在層次分析理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合經(jīng)營(yíng)方對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的主觀認(rèn)知設(shè)計(jì)了產(chǎn)銷媒合模型;構(gòu)建了匯聚優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)能與渠道需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品清分中心,根據(jù)B2B模式下模型在實(shí)際媒合過(guò)程中遇到的一對(duì)多匹配需求,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈履歷數(shù)據(jù)的支撐下,一定程度解決了優(yōu)勢(shì)經(jīng)營(yíng)渠道與優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銜接的問(wèn)題。4)針對(duì)產(chǎn)消雙方信息交互困難,信任缺失的問(wèn)題,對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品眾籌、社區(qū)支持農(nóng)場(chǎng)兩種當(dāng)前優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品新型生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式在提高消費(fèi)端體驗(yàn)與促進(jìn)產(chǎn)銷雙方信任建立方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足進(jìn)行了剖析,結(jié)合移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)開發(fā)了面向消費(fèi)端的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品透明供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)。在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)中心的支撐下,通過(guò)全程履歷與實(shí)時(shí)參與兩種面向消費(fèi)者的信息共享模式,為消費(fèi)者提供一個(gè)不受時(shí)間和地域限制,隨時(shí)能夠了解優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈過(guò)程并能與生產(chǎn)者進(jìn)行交流的渠道,通過(guò)拉近產(chǎn)消雙方距離,解決消費(fèi)端對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)可與信任的問(wèn)題。5)為了驗(yàn)證本文的研究成果,聯(lián)合京郊種植、養(yǎng)殖等不同業(yè)態(tài)的優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以及海爾云廚、首農(nóng)集團(tuán)等優(yōu)勢(shì)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)本文的研究成果開展了集成應(yīng)用示范,結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用的效果與發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足對(duì)下一步的研究工作提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與明確的方向。

High quality agricultural products between producers, operators and consumers to interact effectively with information sharing in supply chain has important significance to promote healthy development of high-quality agricultural products supply chain. To improve the ecological balance of supply and demand of agricultural products and the production and consumption of the trust, help high quality agricultural products to achieve quality as the goal, put forward the concept of "transparent supply chain of agricultural products, supply chain management information system is convenient for the producer To provide quality, capacity matching information for operators to provide full participation in the agricultural products supply chain channel for consumers. Research and analysis of key technology problems of agricultural products to achieve transparent supply chain, the supply chain of agricultural products in heterogeneous data storage and sharing "," agricultural products supply chain management for multi format multi user.
