【摘要】：創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為中國高等教育理論研究和實(shí)踐研究的雙熱點(diǎn),被視為21世紀(jì)的“第三本教育護(hù)照”,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家、提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量、緩解就業(yè)壓力的客觀需要。知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代和工業(yè)4.0時代帶來了高等教育的重大變革,崇尚個性化、定制化、數(shù)字化、共享化的創(chuàng)新型社會形態(tài)需要大量的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,美術(shù)院校具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的先天優(yōu)勢,在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移及成果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展建立起密切聯(lián)系�；谶@樣的背景,美術(shù)院校的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育將與專業(yè)教育耦合聯(lián)動,形成自己的鮮明特色。論文肯定了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對于人才培養(yǎng)的重要作用,針對當(dāng)代中國美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,通過理論分析、比較分析、實(shí)證分析等方法,結(jié)合美術(shù)院校的實(shí)際,挖掘創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的組織模式和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,優(yōu)化美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,探索具有美術(shù)院校特點(diǎn)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展新模式,最后提出美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的戰(zhàn)略方向。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾方面:1、以哲學(xué)思辨為支撐,分析美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的本質(zhì)、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)和模式。美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育必須強(qiáng)調(diào)與專業(yè)教育的融合發(fā)展;核心內(nèi)容要更加注重整體性,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的理性行動力;教育目的要回歸人本身,突出學(xué)生的主體地位,體現(xiàn)其尊嚴(yán)和價值;教育方法要采用體驗(yàn)式、引導(dǎo)式、互動式的教學(xué),全面提升學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。2、提出基于美術(shù)院校人才培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念,區(qū)分了美術(shù)院校與綜合院校依托經(jīng)管、商學(xué)專業(yè)實(shí)施的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,明確了美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的典型特點(diǎn):創(chuàng)新求美,創(chuàng)業(yè)求藝,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育的耦合性。3、運(yùn)用一般到特殊的研究方法,分析國內(nèi)外高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的模式,在借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在美術(shù)院校中的科學(xué)定位、建立完善的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和孵化體系、重視對美術(shù)院校學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感的引導(dǎo)、建立分層分類的指導(dǎo)模式、建立非線性的過程化評價體系。4、通過對八大美院的實(shí)證調(diào)研和學(xué)生訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理念有所缺失、育人合力尚未形成、學(xué)科體系亟待建立、管理體系不夠健全、評價機(jī)制仍需完善、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)尚未形成。5、從外部政策與社會輿論環(huán)境、內(nèi)部體系、運(yùn)行模式、運(yùn)行機(jī)制四個方面構(gòu)建了美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的框架模型,探索符合美術(shù)院校特點(diǎn)的四種創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,即“循環(huán)圈”模式、Q-P-M-O模式、混合型模式及“五位一體”協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式。6、明確在理念轉(zhuǎn)變和戰(zhàn)略視角轉(zhuǎn)變下美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的未來趨勢,提出創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育的耦合聯(lián)動及其運(yùn)行模式,并嘗試進(jìn)行了個案探索。本文的研究為美術(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念的推廣與實(shí)施奠定了基礎(chǔ),創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式的相關(guān)成果必須在具體的教育實(shí)踐中不斷優(yōu)化和完善,希望本文的研究成果能夠?yàn)槊佬g(shù)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)提供理論依據(jù)和方法指導(dǎo)。

This paper affirmed the innovation and entrepreneurship education for personnel training important According to the present situation of contemporary art, Chinese colleges' entrepreneurship education, through theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis and other methods, combined with the actual art colleges, mining innovation and entrepreneurship education organization mode and operation mechanism, optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship education in art colleges system, explore a new mode of development with characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education in art colleges. Finally put forward the strategic direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in art colleges.
