【摘要】:創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為中國高等教育理論研究和實踐研究的雙熱點,被視為21世紀的“第三本教育護照”,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是建設創(chuàng)新型國家、提高教育教學質(zhì)量、緩解就業(yè)壓力的客觀需要。知識經(jīng)濟時代和工業(yè)4.0時代帶來了高等教育的重大變革,崇尚個性化、定制化、數(shù)字化、共享化的創(chuàng)新型社會形態(tài)需要大量的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,美術院校具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的先天優(yōu)勢,在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)、技術轉(zhuǎn)移及成果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展建立起密切聯(lián)系;谶@樣的背景,美術院校的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育將與專業(yè)教育耦合聯(lián)動,形成自己的鮮明特色。論文肯定了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對于人才培養(yǎng)的重要作用,針對當代中國美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,通過理論分析、比較分析、實證分析等方法,結合美術院校的實際,挖掘創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的組織模式和運行機制,優(yōu)化美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,探索具有美術院校特點的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展新模式,最后提出美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的戰(zhàn)略方向。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾方面:1、以哲學思辨為支撐,分析美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的本質(zhì)、內(nèi)容、目標和模式。美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育必須強調(diào)與專業(yè)教育的融合發(fā)展;核心內(nèi)容要更加注重整體性,培養(yǎng)學生的理性行動力;教育目的要回歸人本身,突出學生的主體地位,體現(xiàn)其尊嚴和價值;教育方法要采用體驗式、引導式、互動式的教學,全面提升學生綜合素質(zhì),促進學生全面發(fā)展。2、提出基于美術院校人才培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念,區(qū)分了美術院校與綜合院校依托經(jīng)管、商學專業(yè)實施的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,明確了美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的典型特點:創(chuàng)新求美,創(chuàng)業(yè)求藝,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育的耦合性。3、運用一般到特殊的研究方法,分析國內(nèi)外高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的模式,在借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗的基礎上,提出實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在美術院校中的科學定位、建立完善的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和孵化體系、重視對美術院校學生社會責任感的引導、建立分層分類的指導模式、建立非線性的過程化評價體系。4、通過對八大美院的實證調(diào)研和學生訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理念有所缺失、育人合力尚未形成、學科體系亟待建立、管理體系不夠健全、評價機制仍需完善、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)尚未形成。5、從外部政策與社會輿論環(huán)境、內(nèi)部體系、運行模式、運行機制四個方面構建了美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的框架模型,探索符合美術院校特點的四種創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,即“循環(huán)圈”模式、Q-P-M-O模式、混合型模式及“五位一體”協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式。6、明確在理念轉(zhuǎn)變和戰(zhàn)略視角轉(zhuǎn)變下美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的未來趨勢,提出創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育的耦合聯(lián)動及其運行模式,并嘗試進行了個案探索。本文的研究為美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念的推廣與實施奠定了基礎,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式的相關成果必須在具體的教育實踐中不斷優(yōu)化和完善,希望本文的研究成果能夠為美術院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)提供理論依據(jù)和方法指導。
