【摘要】:集群式供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)钱a(chǎn)業(yè)集群和供應(yīng)鏈的耦合所形成的一種新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織形式,它具地域鄰近性,動(dòng)態(tài)性等特點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是某一特定領(lǐng)域內(nèi)互相聯(lián)系的、在地理位置上集中的企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)的集合。在我國(guó),中小型企業(yè)不僅數(shù)量龐大,而且也是構(gòu)成國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱的主體。然而,由于大多數(shù)中小型企業(yè),生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小、資金短缺、獲取信息能力非常有限,依靠其自身的能力很難適應(yīng)瞬息多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已成為我國(guó)發(fā)展資源共享型經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,它為中小型企業(yè)彼此協(xié)作發(fā)展提供了天然的平臺(tái)。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中,某些特定的產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)具有關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系、且在地理位置上相對(duì)集中的若干中小型企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)彼此協(xié)作,高效的共享資源與協(xié)作分工,以獲得成本和時(shí)間優(yōu)勢(shì),從而形成區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以獲得更好的產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌和市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。因而,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的運(yùn)作研究,尤其是對(duì)集群式供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作的研究正成為一個(gè)重要趨勢(shì)。在上述背景下,本學(xué)位論文以我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)集中普遍存在的流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈和裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,鑒于這兩類(lèi)集群供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)作主體間耦合關(guān)系的高度復(fù)雜性,供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)隨客戶需求變化而變化的高度動(dòng)態(tài)性,再加上集群中協(xié)作主體追求自我利潤(rùn)而隱私保護(hù)與自主決策運(yùn)作,使得這兩類(lèi)集群式供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題用傳統(tǒng)方法難以對(duì)其進(jìn)行求解。本文運(yùn)用大系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域最新產(chǎn)生的具有開(kāi)放結(jié)構(gòu)且支持自主決策的增廣拉格朗日協(xié)調(diào)(ALC)方法,對(duì)單鏈間訂單生產(chǎn)協(xié)作、單鏈私有供應(yīng)商跨鏈采購(gòu)及外部游離供應(yīng)商多源采購(gòu)等策略下的流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈和裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題分別進(jìn)行深入的分析與研究,其主要研究工作如下:(1)將支持開(kāi)放式結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化協(xié)調(diào)方法ALC引入供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域,提出了包括目標(biāo)AIO模型建立、目標(biāo)模型分解、求解子問(wèn)題協(xié)調(diào)方式選擇、子問(wèn)題間耦合一致性約束建立、子問(wèn)題局部目標(biāo)模型建立、子問(wèn)題模型求解算法選擇等在內(nèi)的一個(gè)完整而可行的集群供應(yīng)鏈求解步驟。(2)針對(duì)流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,面向單鏈間訂單生產(chǎn)協(xié)作、單鏈上流程型制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝的跨鏈私有供應(yīng)商外協(xié)和外部游離供應(yīng)商外協(xié),分別研究考慮游離供應(yīng)商外協(xié)采購(gòu)的流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題、考慮跨鏈供應(yīng)商外協(xié)采購(gòu)的流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題、同時(shí)考慮流離供應(yīng)商和跨鏈供應(yīng)商外協(xié)采購(gòu)的集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析每種問(wèn)題的流程式集群供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作模式,根據(jù)制定的假設(shè)條件設(shè)置聯(lián)盟策略、生產(chǎn)外協(xié)策略和外購(gòu)策略,建立問(wèn)題的配置模型;通過(guò)對(duì)協(xié)作主體決策權(quán)劃分,建立了每種配置模型的分布式ALC模型,并應(yīng)用ALC方法對(duì)每種模型進(jìn)行求解,分析求解結(jié)果,得出一系列重要的管理學(xué)啟示。(3)針對(duì)裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,根據(jù)裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作所采用的不同操作策略,分別研究考慮產(chǎn)品裝配的不同零部件外部游離供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)的裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題、考慮產(chǎn)品裝配的不同零部件跨鏈供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)的裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題、同時(shí)考慮產(chǎn)品裝配的不同零部件的游離供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)和跨鏈供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)的裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析每種問(wèn)題模型的運(yùn)作模式特點(diǎn),制定假設(shè),建立問(wèn)題的配置模型:通過(guò)劃分協(xié)作主體決策權(quán),建立每種配置模型的分布式ALC模型,并分別使用ALC的集中式和分布式協(xié)調(diào)方法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,比較兩種協(xié)調(diào)方法求解結(jié)果。分析盟主訂單外協(xié)條件和產(chǎn)品裝配的不同零部件采購(gòu)策略,對(duì)比分析盟主利潤(rùn)、協(xié)作單鏈利潤(rùn),零部件供應(yīng)商利潤(rùn)隨訂單變化情況。(4)針對(duì)ALC兩種協(xié)調(diào)方法求解高度復(fù)雜的集群式供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置模型在速度、計(jì)算并行性和求解結(jié)果精度方面的差異問(wèn)題,根據(jù)兩種協(xié)調(diào)方法的模型和協(xié)調(diào)過(guò)程特點(diǎn),提出了主控式ALC方法,指出了主控式ALC方法中主控問(wèn)題的引入機(jī)制、適用條件和選擇原則,并給出了其模型的嚴(yán)格數(shù)學(xué)等價(jià)性論證和收斂性分析;同時(shí),對(duì)所提出的主控式ALC方法分別應(yīng)用典型實(shí)例和多種協(xié)作策略下的裝配式集群供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化配置模型進(jìn)行仿真,仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了其有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:The cluster supply chain is a new form of network organization formed by the coupling of industrial cluster and supply chain. It has the characteristics of regional proximity and dynamics. The industrial cluster is a collection of enterprises and institutions which are interconnected in a particular field and concentrated in the geographical position. In China, small and medium enterprises are not only large, but also the mainstay of the national economy. However, because the majority of small and medium enterprises, backward production technology, production scale is small, the shortage of funds, the ability of acquiring information is very limited, rely on their own ability is difficult to adapt to the ever-changing market environment. Industrial cluster has become an important economic development model for the development of resource sharing economy in China. It provides a natural platform for small and medium enterprises to cooperate with each other. In industrial clusters, the industry has certain relationship, and in the geographical location of the relative concentration of the number of small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions through mutual cooperation, resource sharing and collaboration efficiency, in order to obtain the cost and time advantages, thus forming the regional competitiveness in order to get a better industrial brand and market opportunities. Therefore, the study of the operation of industrial clusters, especially the study of the operation of the cluster supply chain, is becoming an important trend. Under the above background, this dissertation focuses on China's industrial concentration exists in process of cluster supply chain and assembling of cluster supply chain as the research object, given the high complexity of the coupling relationship between the two kinds of cooperative agent cluster supply chain between the highly dynamic supply chain structure with the customer needs change and change, then with the collaboration body clusters in the pursuit of self profit and privacy protection and self decision making operation, optimization of the two kinds of cluster supply chain in the traditional way is difficult to solve. This paper has augmented Lagrange open coordination structure and support decision-making optimization field newly generated system (ALC) method, optimization of production orders, single chain collaboration between single private suppliers of cross chain purchasing and external supplier free multi-source procurement strategies under the process of cluster supply chain and assembling of cluster supply chain were carried out in-depth analysis and research, the main research work is as follows: (1) coordination optimization method will support the open architecture of the ALC into the field of supply chain management, including the proposed AIO model establishment, target decomposition, model solving sub problems coordination mode selection, the sub problem of coupling between consistency constraints, establish sub problems local target model, sub problem solving algorithm selection, a complete and feasible solution steps of cluster supply chain. (2) in the process of cluster supply chain optimization problem for cross chain chain between private supplier collaboration, a single order production process manufacturing enterprise production process and external suppliers Union free association, respectively considering the supplier sourcing free flow of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the cross chain suppliers procurement process of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the problem of optimizing the allocation of cluster supply chain from supplier and supplier chain cross sourcing, through analyzing the process of each cluster supply chain operation mode, according to the assumptions made set alliance strategy, production outsourcing strategies and outsourcing strategy, configuration the problem of establishing a model; through the cooperation decision-making power division, established a distributed ALC model for each configuration model, and for each application of ALC method The model is solved, and the results are analyzed, and a series of important management enlightenment are obtained. (3) for the assembly type of cluster supply chain optimization, according to the different operation strategies of assembled cluster supply chain operation adopted, respectively considering the different parts of the external suppliers free assembly assembly type of cluster supply chain optimization, considering the assembly of different components across chain suppliers assembled clusters supply chain optimization, considering the different parts of product assembly free suppliers and cross chain suppliers assembled cluster supply chain optimization, the characteristics, operation mode analysis model of each problem set hypothesis, configuration model: the decision-making power division cooperation body, a distributed ALC model for each a centralized configuration model, and respectively using ALC and distributed coordination method to solve the model, comparison of two The coordination method is used to solve the result. Analysis of external conditions and leader orders products assembly of different parts purchasing strategy, comparative analysis of profit, profit chain collaboration alliance, suppliers profit with order changes. (4) for solving ALC two coordination methods of highly complex cluster supply chain optimization model of parallel computing problems of difference of accuracy and results in speed, according to the model, and the coordination process characteristics of two kinds of coordination methods, put forward the main control ALC method, points out the main problems of the main control type the ALC method into the mechanism, application conditions and selection principle, and gives the analysis of the model of strict mathematical equivalence demonstration and convergence; at the same time, to master the proposed ALC method respectively with the use of cluster supply chain optimization model with typical examples and a variety of cooperative strategy is simulated by the simulation results. To verify its effectiveness and correctness.
