紡織服裝供應(yīng)鏈的跨組織協(xié)作優(yōu)化

  隨著當(dāng)今時尚市場對個性化、定制化需求的日益增長,小批量柔性生產(chǎn)和大量定制生產(chǎn)成為紡織服裝供應(yīng)鏈的主要發(fā)展方向。為了應(yīng)對這一趨勢,紡織服裝業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)需要重新組織,新型的供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)模式亟待開發(fā)?缃M織的供應(yīng)鏈合作在供應(yīng)鏈實踐和供應(yīng)鏈研究中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,成為一個有希望解決上述問題的方向。為保持在未來紡織服裝行業(yè)中的競爭力,紡織服裝公司,尤其是中小企業(yè),需要發(fā)展與其他公司的合作關(guān)系,并采用適當(dāng)?shù)墓⿷?yīng)鏈合作戰(zhàn)略。基于以上背景,該論文以供應(yīng)鏈合作為主要研究方向,為紡織服裝行業(yè)提出了三種在不同背景下針對不同目標(biāo)的跨組織供應(yīng)鏈合作模型。第一種模型是針對紡織服裝供應(yīng)鏈中服裝生產(chǎn)階段的跨組織合作模型。在該研究中,一個新型的資源共享機制被提出,并作為主要的合作方式。兩家規(guī)模相似的服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之間實施資源共享機制。該研究開發(fā)了一種基于仿真的啟發(fā)式算法用于優(yōu)化資源共享的最佳方案。針對不同研究問題,該研究進行了離散事件仿真實驗,并得出了多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的最佳資源共享方案。第二種模型是通過設(shè)計開發(fā)中央訂單處理系統(tǒng),以優(yōu)化需求驅(qū)動模式下的整個紡織服裝供應(yīng)鏈為目的,整合了縱向合作和橫向合作的創(chuàng)新型跨組織供應(yīng)鏈合作模...
