澤瀉目植物葉綠體基因組結(jié)構(gòu)重排及大小變異研究

澤瀉目是單子葉植物基部類群之一,該目包含了14科166屬的水生植物,分布于世界各地。澤瀉目是水體環(huán)境中重要的初級(jí)生產(chǎn)者,是水生動(dòng)物的食物,其中一些植物,如水鱉科、澤瀉科、花藺科和水蕹科的一些物種可以作為水族館和戶外花園中的觀賞性水生植物。澤瀉目中的水生植物具有形態(tài)復(fù)雜多變等特點(diǎn),長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),該目植物的分類鑒定一直存在困難,其系統(tǒng)發(fā)育等問(wèn)題也一直存在爭(zhēng)議。植物葉綠體基因組DNA序列及結(jié)構(gòu)變異等能為解決植物的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育等提供豐富的、有價(jià)值的信息,近年來(lái),葉綠體基因組已被廣泛應(yīng)用于系統(tǒng)發(fā)育與進(jìn)化研究中。然而,澤瀉目植物葉綠體基因組結(jié)構(gòu)變異等的研究仍十分有限。本研究對(duì)澤瀉目31個(gè)代表物種的葉綠體基因組進(jìn)行了測(cè)序和組裝,同時(shí),從相關(guān)基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中下載了19個(gè)該目的葉綠體基因組,開(kāi)展了澤瀉目葉綠體基因組結(jié)構(gòu)變化程度的研究。本研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)澤瀉目葉綠體基因組變異較大,大小從Zostera marina的143,877 bp到Alisma canaliculatum的179,839 bp;比較基因組分析顯示在澤瀉目中存在五種類型的基因倒置事件,例如,trnV-UAC-rbcL倒位發(fā)生在六個(gè)科中并形成一個(gè)單一...
