建筑業(yè)是項目管理領(lǐng)域中最大、最重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。因此,它需要更加一致和高效的項目生命周期管理來滿足項目參與者的需求。然而,對于項目經(jīng)理和建筑行業(yè)來說,還要一個仍然需要關(guān)注的問題就是獲得知識將有助于提高對基本項目管理程序的理解。項目規(guī)劃在項目績效監(jiān)督中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,在大多數(shù)全球建設(shè)項目中,它似乎被忽略了。全球建設(shè)項目通常會繞過階段性的項目規(guī)劃,沒有充分認識建設(shè)項目中實施項目計劃與調(diào)度方法的重要性。因此,本研究的另一個方向就是將最新的管理方法/工具納入項目進度計劃領(lǐng)域,以增強對管理的理解。這種研究方法強調(diào)了按需分析項目合作者對將項目規(guī)劃模型實施到應(yīng)用程序中的意識。本研究分析項目利益相關(guān)者對在建設(shè)項目中實施項目排程或規(guī)劃方法的認知程度。通過調(diào)查項目利益相關(guān)者對項目規(guī)劃的應(yīng)用和實踐的了解,項目規(guī)劃中的促成因素和障礙的作用和影響,規(guī)劃和調(diào)度中的管理責(zé)任,以及項目干系人對FEP應(yīng)用的認識,來回答這個問題。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查的方法收集巴基斯坦建筑公司的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),利用Kendall的一致性系數(shù)和RII排名對數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析。本研究在最后得出的結(jié)論是我們需要更多地關(guān)注影響項目績效的因素,如管理工...
