本文展示了化工企業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目如何更好地進(jìn)行效能評估�；诨镜慕�(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,任何企業(yè)組織都會(huì)不斷生產(chǎn)商品,提供服務(wù),以期獲得最大收益。為此,他們需要向財(cái)務(wù)、勞動(dòng)、材料等進(jìn)行投資。在經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體部門,投資的概念指的是購置設(shè)備、建設(shè)廠房、配套流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)等完成生產(chǎn)能力的更新或提升。企業(yè)能否長期保持其競爭力,很大程度上取決于企業(yè)的投資活動(dòng)水平和投資活動(dòng)范圍。在選擇實(shí)際投資的有效形式和方向方時(shí),要求企業(yè)對相關(guān)投資問題要有足夠深入的了解,全面考慮各種因素,并選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行評估,才能保證正確的決策和效果。如果企業(yè)對投資對利潤的貢獻(xiàn)評估失敗,將會(huì)導(dǎo)致公司失去平衡并導(dǎo)致破產(chǎn)。現(xiàn)有的投資項(xiàng)目效率評價(jià)方法在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在著一些不足,將給投資者提供有偏誤的投資盈虧信息,不利于投資決策和企業(yè)發(fā)展。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)政治條件不是恒定或絕對重復(fù)的,由此得出的結(jié)論是,每個(gè)投資項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評價(jià)都是個(gè)性化的,都有其特定的考慮因素,需要考慮到投資的所有參數(shù)和條件。任何投資方案都需要進(jìn)行初步分析和評估,需要對許多指標(biāo)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、不確定性和通貨膨脹等因素的影響下做出正確的決策。同時(shí),每一個(gè)行業(yè)都有自己的特點(diǎn)。化工產(chǎn)...
