水質(zhì)中多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)等的高效液相色譜法測(cè)定研究

【摘要】:多環(huán)芳烴是公認(rèn)的“三致物”(致癌、致畸、致突變),準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定和監(jiān)控水中PAHs的濃度十分緊迫和重要。HJ 478-2009《水質(zhì)多環(huán)芳烴的測(cè)定液液萃取和固相萃取高效液相色譜法》測(cè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較寬泛,因此在企業(yè)應(yīng)用時(shí),需要對(duì)具體的檢測(cè)條件進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)。通過(guò)大量實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,在國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)HJ 478-2009基礎(chǔ)上,形成二氯甲烷液液萃取,TurboVap Ⅱ型氮吹儀濃縮、置換,PAH柱分離、40%乙腈+60%水流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫,以及二極管陣列檢測(cè)器和熒光檢測(cè)器等定性定量的具體操作規(guī)程。建立的方法和操作規(guī)程在0.5-5mg/L所測(cè)的范圍內(nèi)具有良好的線性(相關(guān)系數(shù)0.999);重復(fù)測(cè)定0.5mg/L和5.0mg/L標(biāo)樣的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差小于15%;液液萃取加標(biāo)量為2 p g時(shí),16種多環(huán)芳烴加標(biāo)回收率在65.2-99.1%之間,苯并(a)芘的熒光檢測(cè)器的檢出限是0.001 μg/L,都滿足國(guó)標(biāo)HJ 478-2009的要求。采用該方法分別對(duì)寶鋼化工1期和2期生化出水中的16種多環(huán)芳烴進(jìn)行測(cè)定,國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限定的6種特定多環(huán)芳烴:苯并(a)芘、熒蒽、苯并(b)熒蒽、苯并(k)熒蒽、茚并(1,2,3-c,d)芘、苯并(g,h,i)菲的總量為4.811 μg/L,苯并(a)芘為1.101 μg/L;1、2期外排水和3期外排水中6種特定多環(huán)芳烴均未檢出,遠(yuǎn)低于GB16171-2012《煉焦化學(xué)工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》要求的企業(yè)水污染物排放中規(guī)定的6種多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)50 μg/L、苯并(a)芘0.03 μg/L的排放限值。2個(gè)外排水結(jié)果與上海市環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)中心檢測(cè)結(jié)果基本一致。
