氮基三亞甲基磷酸鋯的制備及其復(fù)合阻燃EVA的研究

【摘要】:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)是一類重要的通用塑料,在發(fā)泡材料、薄膜、電纜、汽車工業(yè)、熱熔膠等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。但EVA的易燃性使其應(yīng)用受到了限制,因而研發(fā)高效、環(huán)保并能保證實(shí)際使用價(jià)值的阻燃體系EVA是刻不容緩的。本文以具備有機(jī)骨架、含磷量高的氮基三亞甲基磷酸(又稱氨基三亞甲基磷酸(ATMP)與八水合氧氯化鋯為原料,通過(guò)溶液沉淀法制備氮基三亞甲基磷酸鋯(Zr-ATMP),并通過(guò)熔融共混的方式將其填充到EVA基體中制備了復(fù)合材料,分析了復(fù)合材料的阻燃性能、力學(xué)性能、熱性能、殘?zhí)拷Y(jié)構(gòu),并描述了阻燃機(jī)理。本文研究結(jié)果表明,制備的Zr-ATMP用于復(fù)合體系中能夠發(fā)揮協(xié)同阻燃作用,在EVA/氫氧化鋁/RDP/Zr-ATMP復(fù)合材料中,添加5wt%Zr-ATMP后材料氧指數(shù)上升到27.5%,水平燃燒速率降低到13mm/min。在EVA/淀粉/APP和EVA/酒糟/MPP膨脹阻燃復(fù)合材料中,填充少量的Zr-ATMP作為協(xié)效劑時(shí),垂直燃燒都能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)V-0級(jí),氧指數(shù)最高分別達(dá)到了 31.0%和30.5%。以Zr-ATMP作為膨脹阻燃劑酸源構(gòu)建EVA/酒糟/MCA/Zr-ATMP復(fù)合材料時(shí),當(dāng)酒糟、MCA、Zr-ATMP添加量分別為10wt%、10wt%和20wt%時(shí)阻燃性能最好,氧指數(shù)達(dá)到26.0%,垂直燃燒實(shí)現(xiàn)V-0級(jí)。殘?zhí)糠治鼋Y(jié)果表明,Zr-ATMP在催化成炭、改善炭層結(jié)構(gòu)方面作用明顯。同時(shí),適量加入Zr-ATMP對(duì)材料的力學(xué)性能、熱穩(wěn)定性等方面都有顯著的提升。
[Abstract]:Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is an important kind of general plastics, which is widely used in foaming materials, film, cable, automobile industry, hot melt adhesive and so on. However, the flammability of EVA limits its application, so it is urgent to develop a flame retardant system EVA with high efficiency, environmental protection and practical value. In this paper, amino trimethylene-phosphoric acid (ATMP) and zirconium oxychloride octahydrate were used as raw materials. Zirconium trimethylene phosphate (Zr-ATMP) was prepared by solution precipitation method. The composites were filled in EVA matrix by melt blending. The flame retardant properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties and residual carbon structure of the composites were analyzed. The flame retardant mechanism was described. The results show that the prepared Zr-ATMP can play a synergistic flame-retardant effect in the composite system. In EVA / Al _ 2O _ 3 / RDP / Zr-ATMP composites, the oxygen index increases to 27.5mm / min and the horizontal combustion rate decreases to 13mm / min after the addition of Zr-ATMP. In EVA / starch / app and EVA / distiller's grains / MPP / intumescent flame retardant composites, when a small amount of Zr-ATMP was filled as synergistic agent, V-0 level could be achieved by vertical combustion, and the highest oxygen index reached 31.0% and 30.5%, respectively. When Zr-ATMP was used as an intumescent flame retardant to construct EVA / distiller's grains / MCA / Zr-ATMP composites, the flame retardancy of EVA / distiller's grains / MCA-Zr-ATMP composites was the best when the content of MCA-ATMP was 10wt% and 20wt%, respectively. The oxygen index reached 26.0wt%, and V-0 grade was achieved by vertical combustion. The results of carbon residue analysis show that Zr-ATMP plays an important role in the catalytic formation of carbon and the improvement of carbon layer structure. At the same time, the addition of Zr-ATMP can improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the material.
