基于慢設計理念的廚房用品設計研究

【摘要】:伴隨著高科技的進步和社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)生活獲得了充分的滿足。但與此同時我們生活在這樣一個快步伐的的節(jié)奏中,消費主義開始對產(chǎn)品造成了無節(jié)制消耗與浪費,設計也失去了它原有的節(jié)奏,各種社會壓力導致消費者普遍身心疲憊,關于亞健康的新名詞也頻繁出現(xiàn)。針對這種研究背景現(xiàn)象,因此人類開始反思生活的種種行為,設計界也重新思考設計的本質(zhì),在此基礎上慢的理念應運而生,并且得到了人們廣泛的關注。飲食生活在社會中占有重要的地位,本課題研究的目的是應用慢設計理念對廚房用品進行設計,改變?nèi)祟惉F(xiàn)有快節(jié)奏的生活方式,讓人們靜下心找回本真的自我,以舒適、愉快的生活環(huán)境享受美食的過程,滿足人們的情感需求,從中體會內(nèi)心的寧靜和生活的樂趣,形成健康的飲食觀。本文通過運用文獻研究法、案列分析法、調(diào)查研究法、實踐研究法,了解如今的發(fā)展趨勢,最終選取廚房用品中餐具設計作為慢設計理念實踐的載體,首先通過對餐具的主要消費群體——都市青年人群對廚房餐具的造型、色彩、材質(zhì)等方面的具體要求展開調(diào)研,并對市場上的廚房餐具設計進行評價與分析,總結(jié)出課題具有滿足人們更高層次的審美和精神需要的價值意義。其次根據(jù)慢設計理論的定義以及原則的研究,分析出慢設計理念的設計要素,并基于對餐具設計概念、分類以及設計要素的了解上,探討出從社會經(jīng)濟方面和個人情感方面介紹了慢設計理念引入到廚房餐具設計中的必要性,進而更好的發(fā)展出廚房餐具的設計要素。本文的研究結(jié)果總結(jié)出慢設計理念運用于廚房用品餐具設計的應用方法,提出了從情感、文化、自然、體驗這四個角度表現(xiàn)廚房餐具的設計要素,開發(fā)出符合消費者情感需求的六套的廚房餐具的設計方案,并對六套設計方案進行色彩語義分析和設計方案的總體分析,為后續(xù)進行廚房餐具設計奠定基礎。最后根據(jù)文中的研究,本文的結(jié)論為運用慢設計理念的應用方法設計出六套廚房餐具的設計方案,且充分滿足消費者對產(chǎn)品的情感和審美的需求,來驗證課題慢設計理念基于廚房餐具設計方法的可行性與合理性。本文還總結(jié)了慢設計理念在廚房用品餐具設計中的應用方法,對我國廚房餐具設計有更新和發(fā)展的啟事,為進行廚房餐具設計提供一定性的理論指導和參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of high technology and the rapid development of social economy, people's material life has been fully satisfied. But at the same time, we live in such a fast-paced rhythm, consumerism begins to cause unrestrained consumption and waste of products, design also loses its original rhythm, and various social pressures cause consumers to be generally physically and mentally exhausted. New terms about sub-health also appear frequently. In view of the background phenomenon of this kind of research, human beings begin to reflect on the behavior of life, and the design field also rethinks the essence of design. On the basis of this, the concept of "slow" emerges as the times require, and has been widely concerned by people. Food life plays an important role in the society. The purpose of this study is to use the concept of slow design to design kitchenware, to change the existing fast-paced life style of human beings, to make people calm down to find their true self, and to make them comfortable. The process of enjoying delicious food in a pleasant living environment, satisfying people's emotional needs, experiencing the peace of mind and the pleasure of living, and forming a healthy view of eating. In this paper, by using literature research, case analysis, investigation and practice, we can find out the development trend of kitchen utensils, and finally choose the tableware design in kitchen supplies as the carrier of slow design. First of all, through the investigation of the main consumer group of tableware-the urban youth crowd to the kitchen tableware shape, color, material and other aspects of the specific requirements, and the market kitchen tableware design evaluation and analysis, Summing up the subject has the value meaning of satisfying people's higher aesthetic and spiritual needs. Secondly, according to the definition of slow design theory and the study of principle, the design elements of slow design concept are analyzed, and based on the understanding of the concept, classification and design elements of tableware design, This paper discusses the necessity of introducing the concept of slow design into kitchen tableware design from the aspect of social economy and personal emotion, and then develops the design elements of kitchen tableware better. The research results of this paper summarize the application of slow design concept to kitchen tableware design, and put forward the design elements of kitchen tableware from four aspects: emotion, culture, nature and experience. The design scheme of six sets of kitchen cutlery is developed, and the color semantic analysis and the overall analysis of the design scheme are carried out to lay the foundation for the subsequent design of kitchen cutlery. Finally, according to the research in this paper, the conclusion of this paper is to design six sets of kitchen cutlery by using the application method of slow design concept, and to fully meet the consumer's emotional and aesthetic needs of the product. To verify the concept of slow design based on kitchen tableware design method feasibility and rationality. This paper also summarizes the application method of slow design concept in kitchen tableware design, which provides some theoretical guidance and reference for kitchen tableware design in China.
