基于慢設(shè)計(jì)理念的廚房用品設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著高科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)生活獲得了充分的滿足。但與此同時(shí)我們生活在這樣一個(gè)快步伐的的節(jié)奏中,消費(fèi)主義開始對(duì)產(chǎn)品造成了無(wú)節(jié)制消耗與浪費(fèi),設(shè)計(jì)也失去了它原有的節(jié)奏,各種社會(huì)壓力導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)者普遍身心疲憊,關(guān)于亞健康的新名詞也頻繁出現(xiàn)。針對(duì)這種研究背景現(xiàn)象,因此人類開始反思生活的種種行為,設(shè)計(jì)界也重新思考設(shè)計(jì)的本質(zhì),在此基礎(chǔ)上慢的理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并且得到了人們廣泛的關(guān)注。飲食生活在社會(huì)中占有重要的地位,本課題研究的目的是應(yīng)用慢設(shè)計(jì)理念對(duì)廚房用品進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),改變?nèi)祟惉F(xiàn)有快節(jié)奏的生活方式,讓人們靜下心找回本真的自我,以舒適、愉快的生活環(huán)境享受美食的過(guò)程,滿足人們的情感需求,從中體會(huì)內(nèi)心的寧?kù)o和生活的樂(lè)趣,形成健康的飲食觀。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案列分析法、調(diào)查研究法、實(shí)踐研究法,了解如今的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最終選取廚房用品中餐具設(shè)計(jì)作為慢設(shè)計(jì)理念實(shí)踐的載體,首先通過(guò)對(duì)餐具的主要消費(fèi)群體——都市青年人群對(duì)廚房餐具的造型、色彩、材質(zhì)等方面的具體要求展開調(diào)研,并對(duì)市場(chǎng)上的廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與分析,總結(jié)出課題具有滿足人們更高層次的審美和精神需要的價(jià)值意義。其次根據(jù)慢設(shè)計(jì)理論的定義以及原則的研究,分析出慢設(shè)計(jì)理念的設(shè)計(jì)要素,并基于對(duì)餐具設(shè)計(jì)概念、分類以及設(shè)計(jì)要素的了解上,探討出從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面和個(gè)人情感方面介紹了慢設(shè)計(jì)理念引入到廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)中的必要性,進(jìn)而更好的發(fā)展出廚房餐具的設(shè)計(jì)要素。本文的研究結(jié)果總結(jié)出慢設(shè)計(jì)理念運(yùn)用于廚房用品餐具設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用方法,提出了從情感、文化、自然、體驗(yàn)這四個(gè)角度表現(xiàn)廚房餐具的設(shè)計(jì)要素,開發(fā)出符合消費(fèi)者情感需求的六套的廚房餐具的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)六套設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行色彩語(yǔ)義分析和設(shè)計(jì)方案的總體分析,為后續(xù)進(jìn)行廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后根據(jù)文中的研究,本文的結(jié)論為運(yùn)用慢設(shè)計(jì)理念的應(yīng)用方法設(shè)計(jì)出六套廚房餐具的設(shè)計(jì)方案,且充分滿足消費(fèi)者對(duì)產(chǎn)品的情感和審美的需求,來(lái)驗(yàn)證課題慢設(shè)計(jì)理念基于廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性與合理性。本文還總結(jié)了慢設(shè)計(jì)理念在廚房用品餐具設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用方法,對(duì)我國(guó)廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)有更新和發(fā)展的啟事,為進(jìn)行廚房餐具設(shè)計(jì)提供一定性的理論指導(dǎo)和參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of high technology and the rapid development of social economy, people's material life has been fully satisfied. But at the same time, we live in such a fast-paced rhythm, consumerism begins to cause unrestrained consumption and waste of products, design also loses its original rhythm, and various social pressures cause consumers to be generally physically and mentally exhausted. New terms about sub-health also appear frequently. In view of the background phenomenon of this kind of research, human beings begin to reflect on the behavior of life, and the design field also rethinks the essence of design. On the basis of this, the concept of "slow" emerges as the times require, and has been widely concerned by people. Food life plays an important role in the society. The purpose of this study is to use the concept of slow design to design kitchenware, to change the existing fast-paced life style of human beings, to make people calm down to find their true self, and to make them comfortable. The process of enjoying delicious food in a pleasant living environment, satisfying people's emotional needs, experiencing the peace of mind and the pleasure of living, and forming a healthy view of eating. In this paper, by using literature research, case analysis, investigation and practice, we can find out the development trend of kitchen utensils, and finally choose the tableware design in kitchen supplies as the carrier of slow design. First of all, through the investigation of the main consumer group of tableware-the urban youth crowd to the kitchen tableware shape, color, material and other aspects of the specific requirements, and the market kitchen tableware design evaluation and analysis, Summing up the subject has the value meaning of satisfying people's higher aesthetic and spiritual needs. Secondly, according to the definition of slow design theory and the study of principle, the design elements of slow design concept are analyzed, and based on the understanding of the concept, classification and design elements of tableware design, This paper discusses the necessity of introducing the concept of slow design into kitchen tableware design from the aspect of social economy and personal emotion, and then develops the design elements of kitchen tableware better. The research results of this paper summarize the application of slow design concept to kitchen tableware design, and put forward the design elements of kitchen tableware from four aspects: emotion, culture, nature and experience. The design scheme of six sets of kitchen cutlery is developed, and the color semantic analysis and the overall analysis of the design scheme are carried out to lay the foundation for the subsequent design of kitchen cutlery. Finally, according to the research in this paper, the conclusion of this paper is to design six sets of kitchen cutlery by using the application method of slow design concept, and to fully meet the consumer's emotional and aesthetic needs of the product. To verify the concept of slow design based on kitchen tableware design method feasibility and rationality. This paper also summarizes the application method of slow design concept in kitchen tableware design, which provides some theoretical guidance and reference for kitchen tableware design in China.
