緩釋芳香納米微膠囊的制備及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:香味對(duì)人體有美容,舒緩壓力,放松肌肉等益處,然而具有香味的物質(zhì)沸點(diǎn)低,易揮發(fā),在應(yīng)用中留香時(shí)間短。因此,對(duì)香味物質(zhì)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)保護(hù)以控制其釋放速率具有重要的意義。本研究以Si O2為壁材制備芳香精油納膠囊,以期利用壁材的包裹作用保護(hù)香味物質(zhì)達(dá)到緩釋長(zhǎng)效作用,研究其在棉織物上的應(yīng)用性能,并探索疏水化處理對(duì)織物的芳香緩釋性能的影響。(1)采用硬模板法制備中空介孔二氧化硅(HMSN),并將檸檬精油載入HMSN中,獲得檸檬精油納膠囊?疾煅b載溫度、裝載時(shí)間和精油的體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)裝載量的影響,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化HMSN裝載檸檬精油的條件。通過(guò)SEM和TEM觀察納米顆粒的形貌;采用紫外-可見(jiàn)-近紅外分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定納膠囊的裝載量和緩釋率;利用熱重分析儀測(cè)定精油納膠囊的穩(wěn)定性。研究結(jié)果表明,在優(yōu)化條件下制備的檸檬精油納膠囊的裝載量高達(dá)85.8%,其在20℃的室溫條件下放置6天,檸檬精油的釋放率僅為7.9%,達(dá)到緩釋效果。將制備的檸檬精油納膠囊應(yīng)用于棉織物,并利用納膠囊對(duì)纖維的粗糙化作用,通過(guò)對(duì)棉織物進(jìn)行疏水化處理即可獲得超疏水芳香棉織物。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),超疏水性能還改善了織物上納膠囊的緩香效果。(2)采用溶膠-凝膠法制備薰衣草精油納膠囊并研究其應(yīng)用性能。將薰衣草精油、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)和正十六烷混合,然后經(jīng)預(yù)乳化和高速乳化剪切得納米粒徑的乳液滴,轉(zhuǎn)移至燒瓶中并在40℃下進(jìn)行機(jī)械攪拌反應(yīng)24 h。考察乳化時(shí)間、乳化速度、CTAB用量以及壁芯質(zhì)量比對(duì)薰衣草精油納膠囊形貌、裝載量和粒徑的影響。采用TEM觀察薰衣草精油納膠囊的形貌和粒徑;利用紫外-可見(jiàn)-近紅外測(cè)定納膠囊的裝載量,結(jié)合重量法計(jì)算緩釋率。研究結(jié)果表明,制備的薰衣草精油納膠囊裝載量可達(dá)58.7%,在20℃環(huán)境下放置15天,釋放率僅為19.6%。采用疏水劑AG-950作為粘合劑,將薰衣草精油納膠囊處理在棉織物上,獲得了薰衣草芳香超疏水棉織物,該織物具有良好的自清潔性和防污性,提高了織物的長(zhǎng)效留香作用。
[Abstract]:Fragrance has many advantages such as beauty relief pressure relaxation and muscle relaxation. However the aromatic substances have low boiling point volatile and short time to stay in application. Therefore, it is of great significance to protect the aroma substances properly to control their release rate. In this study, the aromatic essential oil and sodium capsules were prepared with Sio _ 2 as wall material, in order to protect the aroma substances from the wall material to achieve the long-lasting effect of sustained release, and to study the application properties of the capsules on cotton fabrics. The effects of hydrophobic treatment on the slow release properties of fabrics were investigated. (1) the hollow mesoporous silica (HMSN) was prepared by hard template method, and the lemon essential oil was loaded into HMSN to obtain lemon essential oil capsules. The effects of loading temperature, loading time and volume fraction of essential oil on the loading quantity were investigated. The conditions of HMSN loading lemon essential oil were optimized by orthogonal test. The morphology of nano-particles was observed by SEM and TEM. The loading quantity and sustained release rate of the capsule were determined by UV-Vis near infrared spectrophotometer and the stability of the capsule was determined by thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the loading capacity of Lemon essential Oil capsule was as high as 85.8, and the release rate of Lemon essential Oil was only 7.9% when it was stored at 20 鈩,
