一種新型復(fù)合型受阻酚抗氧劑的合成及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:高分子材料在使用或者貯存過程中,受光、熱、金屬離子等外部影響,會出現(xiàn)變色、發(fā)粘、變硬發(fā)脆、裂紋等老化現(xiàn)象,致使材料力學機械性能降低,最終失去使用價值。為了克服這些問題,延長材料的使用壽命,提高使用價值,人們在高分子材料加工和使用過程中加入了一些物質(zhì)來延緩老化,這就是抗氧劑。在高分子材料領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用最多的抗氧劑是受阻酚類抗氧劑。傳統(tǒng)受阻酚抗氧劑在使用過程中,一般作為主抗氧劑添加到制品中,同時需要硫醚等輔助抗氧劑的加入來配合使用,二者通過協(xié)同作用共同達到抑制聚合物老化的目的。然而,這種多組分的抗氧體系在使用過程中存在較多的缺點,如相容性差,協(xié)同效果不好等。本文研究的目的就是旨在解決這一問題。本文從分子水平上設(shè)計了一種新型的受阻酚抗氧劑2,4-二叔丁基-6-正辛基硫亞甲基苯酚。對其合成方案進行了考察,最終以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、多聚甲醛、正辛硫醇等原料合成出目標產(chǎn)物。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對可行的反應(yīng)催化劑進行篩選,優(yōu)化反應(yīng)的各項工藝條件,提高產(chǎn)率,為工業(yè)擴大生產(chǎn)提供參考。工藝優(yōu)化結(jié)果結(jié)果顯示:(1)使用二丙胺為催化劑,2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、正辛硫醇、多聚甲醛的摩爾配比1:1:2,二丙胺用量為反應(yīng)物總質(zhì)量的10%,同時添加占反應(yīng)物總質(zhì)量1.5%的碳酸氫鉀,DMF為溶劑,通入氮氣保護,110℃回流反應(yīng)4小時。在此優(yōu)化的反應(yīng)條件下,進行重復(fù)性實驗,產(chǎn)物收率為86%左右。(2)使用哌啶作為催化劑,反應(yīng)物2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、正辛硫醇、多聚甲醛的較佳摩爾配比為1:1:2.5,啶用量為反應(yīng)物總質(zhì)量的15%,溶劑DMF,通氮氣保護,120℃回流反應(yīng)5小時。在優(yōu)化條件下進行重復(fù)性實驗,收率在87.7%左右。將合成的抗氧劑應(yīng)用在丁苯膠乳的防老中,通過黃變實驗,證明其具有優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)受阻酚抗氧劑BHT的抗氧化性能,并對其使用過程中可能存在的問題提出了參考性建議。
[Abstract]:During the use or storage of polymer materials, due to the external influence of light, heat, metal ions and so on, the aging phenomena such as discoloration, stickiness, hardening and brittle, crack and so on will appear, resulting in the mechanical properties of materials being reduced, and finally losing the use value. In order to overcome these problems, prolong the service life of materials and improve the use value, people add some substances in the process of processing and use of polymer materials to delay aging, which is called antioxidant. Hindered phenolic antioxidants are the most widely used antioxidants in the field of polymer materials. Traditional hindered phenol antioxidants are generally added to the products as main antioxidants and need the addition of auxiliary antioxidants such as sulfides to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the aging of polymers through synergistic effect. However, this multicomponent antioxidant system has many disadvantages in the process of application, such as poor compatibility and poor synergistic effect. The purpose of this paper is to solve this problem. In this paper, a new hindered phenol antioxidant 2o 4- di tert Ding Ji-6 octyl thiomethylphenol was designed at the molecular level. The synthetic scheme was investigated and the target product was synthesized from 2o 4 di tert Ding Ji phenol, paraformaldehyde, n-octyl mercaptan and so on. On the basis of this, the feasible catalyst was screened, the reaction conditions were optimized, the yield was increased, and the reference was provided for the expansion of industrial production. The results of process optimization showed that dipropylamine was used as catalyst for Ding Ji phenol, n-octylmercaptan, and dipropylamine was used as catalyst. The molar ratio of paraformaldehyde is 1: 1: 2, the amount of dipropylamine is 10% of the total mass of reactants, and the solvent of potassium bicarbonate (DMF), which accounts for 1.5% of the total mass of reactants, is added to the reflux reaction at 110 鈩,
