組合夾具云服務(wù)平臺的搭建與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,制造業(yè)處于全球協(xié)作時期。然而由于缺少統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,企業(yè)內(nèi)部及企業(yè)之間“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象十分嚴重。同時因為企業(yè)間信息管理準則、信息防護等的差異,企業(yè)間可重用信息的利用率極低。組合夾具作為一種高柔性的工藝裝備,其裝配設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)具有海量性和文件存儲龐大的特點。本文針對此特點提出組合夾具云服務(wù)平臺的研究方案。方案結(jié)合GWT、云計算等技術(shù),充分利用云計算具有的分布式數(shù)據(jù)中心、資源共享、高度可擴展和虛擬化等特點來解決組合夾具構(gòu)形系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存儲問題。本論文研究并設(shè)計了基于GAE云平臺的組合夾具服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。一方面使用戶按需獲取或自愿上傳夾具資源;另一方面應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的需求發(fā)布和解決功能,促進用戶間的合作。這樣克服了信息的異地性,利用已有云平臺,減少了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的成本,縮短了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)周期,有效保障了數(shù)據(jù)的安全,為其它基于GAE云平臺應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的研究提供了參考。論文主要內(nèi)容如下:1.基于現(xiàn)有知名企業(yè)云平臺的特點和功能,結(jié)合課題情況,選擇GAE平臺為部署平臺,并構(gòu)建了組合夾具云平臺的體系架構(gòu);2.研究了GAE平臺搭建的底層技術(shù)和開發(fā)系統(tǒng)時應(yīng)用的GWT技術(shù),確定了組合夾具服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案,包括目標分析、功能模塊設(shè)計、業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)持久化設(shè)計,并提出了在GAE/J環(huán)境下應(yīng)用GWT技術(shù)和實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)持久化的解決方案;3.以槽系中型組合夾具為研究對象,利用PRO-E的用戶自定義特征與族表技術(shù)完成了組合夾具三維模型的構(gòu)建;4.將GAE編程環(huán)境與設(shè)計方案相結(jié)合,部分實現(xiàn)了組合夾具服務(wù)系統(tǒng)功能,包括界面交互、檢索和部分上傳、下載功能,將夾具模型存入GAE數(shù)據(jù)庫,最終部署到GAE云平臺。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and network technology, manufacturing industry is in the period of global cooperation. However, due to the lack of unified planning, the phenomenon of "information island" is very serious. At the same time, the utilization rate of reusable information among enterprises is very low due to the differences of information management criteria and information protection among enterprises. As a kind of high flexible process equipment, the assembly design data of modular fixture has the characteristics of magnanimity and huge file storage. According to this characteristic, this paper puts forward the research scheme of the cloud service platform of modular fixture. Combined with GWT, cloud computing and other technologies, the scheme takes full advantage of the characteristics of distributed data center, resource sharing, highly scalable and virtualization to solve the data storage problem of modular fixture configuration system. This paper studies and designs a modular fixture service system based on GAE cloud platform. On the one hand, users can obtain or upload fixture resources voluntarily on demand; on the other hand, the function of issuing and solving the requirements of the application system can promote the cooperation between users. In this way, it overcomes the heterogeneity of information, makes use of the existing cloud platform, reduces the cost of infrastructure, shortens the development cycle of the system, effectively guarantees the security of data, and provides a reference for the research of other cloud platform application systems based on GAE. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: 1. Based on the characteristics and functions of the cloud platform of well-known enterprises, the GAE platform is selected as the deployment platform, and the architecture of the modular fixture cloud platform is constructed. The bottom technology of GAE platform and the GWT technology used in developing system are studied, and the design scheme of modular fixture service system is determined, including target analysis, function module design, business process design and data persistence design. The solution of applying GWT technology and realizing data persistence in GAE/J environment is also put forward. Taking the medium-sized modular fixture of slot system as the research object, the three-dimensional model of the modular fixture is constructed by using the user-defined feature and family table technology of PRO-E. By combining the GAE programming environment with the design scheme, the functions of the modular fixture service system are partly realized, including interface interaction, retrieval, partial uploading and downloading. The fixture model is stored in the GAE database and finally deployed to the GAE cloud platform.
