以廉價(jià)鐵氧化合物為催化核心的三維石墨烯基亞硝酸鹽電化學(xué)傳感材料研究

【摘要】:亞硝酸鹽(Nitrite),是自然界中普遍存在的含氮鹽,多數(shù)情況下主要是指亞硝酸鈉(NaNO_2),廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、建筑業(yè)中,經(jīng)常作為防腐劑處理肉制品。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),亞硝酸鹽過(guò)量攝入能誘發(fā)高鐵血紅蛋白癥,也可以和胺類物質(zhì)反應(yīng)生成一種硝基化合物,在酸性條件下轉(zhuǎn)化為致癌的亞硝胺,導(dǎo)致胃癌和食道癌。由于其危害性,世界衛(wèi)生組織已經(jīng)限定了飲用水中其含量不能超過(guò)3 mg/L,因此對(duì)于亞硝酸鹽的靈敏檢測(cè)至關(guān)重要。電化學(xué)方法是一種廉價(jià)、簡(jiǎn)便、即時(shí)、靈敏且準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)手段。而修飾電極的傳感材料決定著電極響應(yīng)優(yōu)劣的最終效果。為了探索并實(shí)現(xiàn)電化學(xué)方法對(duì)亞硝酸鹽的靈敏檢測(cè),本文分別構(gòu)建了具有不同結(jié)構(gòu)的兩種納米復(fù)合材料,Fe_(1.833)(OH)_(0.5)O_(2.5)/NG@PDDA和Fe_2O_3/H-C_3N_4/rGO,并對(duì)材料結(jié)構(gòu)、電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)由于Fe_(1.833)(OH)_(0.5)O_(2.5)和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨(PDDA)的協(xié)同效應(yīng)使得Fe_(1.833)(OH)_(0.5)O_(2.5)/NG@PDDA修飾電極電極對(duì)NaNO_2的響應(yīng)大大提高。電極具備寬線性范圍 0.1~347 μmol/L,347~1275 μmol/L 和低檢出限 0.027 μmol/L。(2)對(duì)于Fe_2O_3/H-C_3N_4/rGO傳感材料,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過(guò)酸化的氮化碳(H-C_3N_4)可均勻吸附于還原石墨烯(rGO)的表面,H-C_3N_4大量的缺陷位有利于Fe_2O_3的生長(zhǎng),顯著提高了電化學(xué)性能。檢測(cè)的線性范圍為:25nmol/I~30000μmol/L,檢出限為18.43nmol/L,性能進(jìn)一步提升。兩種電極均在自來(lái)水作為實(shí)際樣品中進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),效果良好,穩(wěn)定性較高,具有較高的實(shí)際應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:Nitrite nitrite is a common nitrogen-containing salt in nature. In most cases, nitrite nitrite nitrite has been widely used in industry and construction industry, and is often used as a preservative to treat meat products.It has been found that excessive intake of nitrite can induce methemoglobin, or react with amine to form a nitro compound, which can be converted into carcinogenic nitrosamines under acidic conditions, leading to gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.Because of its harmfulness, the World Health Organization has limited its content in drinking water to no more than 3 mg / L, so it is very important for the sensitive detection of nitrite.Electrochemical method is a cheap, simple, immediate, sensitive and accurate detection method.The sensing material of the modified electrode determines the final effect of the electrode response.In order to explore and realize the electrochemical method for the sensitive detection of nitrite, two kinds of nanocomposites with different structures have been constructed in this paper. The structure and electrochemical properties of the nanocomposites have been systematically studied.The results showed that the response of Fe_(1.833)(OH)_(0.5)O_(2.5)/NG@PDDA modified electrode to NaNO_2 was greatly improved due to the synergistic effect of FeStue (1.833) and Poly (Dimethyldiallylammonium Chloride) (PDimethyldiallylammonium Chloride).The electrode has a wide linear range of 0.1 ~ 347 渭 mol 路L ~ (-1) 7 ~ (75) 渭 mol/L and a low detection limit of 0.027 渭 mol / L ~ (2). For Fe_2O_3/H-C_3N_4/rGO sensing materials, it is found that the acidic carbon nitride H-C _ 3N _ 4) can be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of reduced graphene (rgog), and that a large number of defect sites are favorable to the growth of Fe_2O_3.The electrochemical performance was improved significantly.The linear range of detection is 30 000 渭 mol / L and the detection limit is 18. 43 nmol / L, and the performance is further improved.The two kinds of electrodes were tested in tap water as a practical sample, with good effect, high stability and high practical application potential.
