【摘要】:在注塑產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程中,注塑模具直接影響注塑產(chǎn)品的外觀,同時(shí)也決定了注塑產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本和研發(fā)周期。近幾年隨著科技不斷進(jìn)步,注塑行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)、加工、組裝與調(diào)試有更高的要求。本論文基于NC電氣盒底座進(jìn)行一模多腔注塑模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了NC電氣盒底座注塑模具的三維設(shè)計(jì),對電器盒底座進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析和材料選擇,查閱相關(guān)資料合理選擇注射機(jī)并對注射機(jī)各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核。對模具的主流道、定位圈、分流道、澆口、冷料穴和拉料桿等澆注系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),還對凹凸模結(jié)構(gòu)、工作尺寸、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架、合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、推出機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。利用Moldflow模流分析軟件,仿真完整注塑過程,建立NC電氣盒底座模型,對模型進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格的劃分、有限元分析、模型材料選擇。采用一模四腔設(shè)計(jì),創(chuàng)建模腔、澆注系統(tǒng)及冷卻系統(tǒng)回路,通過數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析,確保了模具設(shè)計(jì)滿足充填、冷卻和頂出各階段注塑要求。本文通過NC電氣盒底座注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,采用理論分析與有限元仿真相結(jié)合的方法,圍繞注塑加工過程中涉及到的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性參數(shù)、注塑機(jī)性能參數(shù),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、深入的分析與研究。這為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中工藝參數(shù)的合理選取、指導(dǎo)注塑模具優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、縮短注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)周期具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文的主要內(nèi)容包括:1.對NC電氣盒底座塑件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,確定了注塑件所用到的材料、型腔數(shù)量,并對注射機(jī)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核,包括最大注塑量、注射機(jī)壓力、鎖模力和模具相關(guān)尺寸的校核。2.參照模具的設(shè)計(jì)原理,基于UG對注塑模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。對主流道、分流道、成型零部件、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)和推出機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化。采用模流分析軟件對塑件注塑過程進(jìn)行仿真分析,減少了傳統(tǒng)模具組裝和調(diào)試過程中試模、修模的工作量,改善模具生產(chǎn)工藝,降低了研發(fā)成本。通過模流軟件數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析,對模具方案的可行性進(jìn)行評估。
[Abstract]:In the production process of plastic injection molding products and injection mold injection directly affects the appearance of the product, but also determines the injection production cost and development cycle. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the rapid development of injection molding industry, injection mold design, processing, assembly and commissioning have higher requirements. In this paper a multi cavity injection mould structure design of NC electrical box base based on the 3D design of NC electrical box base of injection mold, the electrical box base to analyze the structure and material selection, access to relevant information, reasonable selection of injection machine and check the key parameters of injection machine. The main channel of the mold positioning ring runner design, gate, cold material and pulling rod and gating system of die structure, work size, standard mold, mold oriented mechanism, pushing mechanism design. Using Moldflow mold flow analysis software A complete simulation of injection molding process, the establishment of NC electrical box base model, grid division model, finite element analysis, the choice of model material. The design of the first mock exam to create four cavity, cavity, pouring system and cooling system, through the data analysis of the results, to ensure that the design meets the mold filling, cooling and ejection of the stage of injection molding requirements. Through NC electrical box injection mold base design example, adopting the methods of theory analysis combined with finite element simulation, the process of product structure around the injection molding processing parameters involved in the process of injection molding machine, the performance parameters of the system, in-depth analysis and research. The process parameters in the actual production process the reasonable selection of guidance, injection mold design optimization, has important practical significance to shorten the design cycle of injection mold. The main contents of this thesis include: 1. of the NC electric box base structure of plastic parts. For analysis, determine the injection molding the materials, cavity number, and check the injection parameters, including maximum injection volume, injection pressure machine, the design principle of.2. check the locking force and the size of the mold mold related reference, analysis of the UG in the structure of injection mold based on the main channel, the runner, forming parts, optimize the guiding mechanism and the ejecting mechanism. The mold flow analysis software for plastic injection molding process simulation analysis, try to reduce the traditional mold assembly and debugging process, mold repair work, improve the mold production process, reduce the cost of production data analysis software.
