基于三角模糊數(shù)判斷矩陣的液壓支架壽命評價(jià)方法

【摘要】:液壓支架起著控制礦山壓力、保證工作面空間安全的作用,是煤礦綜采工作面最重要的設(shè)備之一。由于礦井里環(huán)境惡劣,工作強(qiáng)度高等因素導(dǎo)致設(shè)備故障發(fā)生率高,嚴(yán)重影響了工人的生命安全,同時(shí)極高的維修費(fèi)用也給企業(yè)帶來了很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)�,F(xiàn)在主要是根據(jù)過煤量、使用年限、循環(huán)次數(shù)來決定設(shè)備是否報(bào)廢,但是影響設(shè)備壽命的因素眾多,采用該方法使很多本未達(dá)到使用年限的設(shè)備提前報(bào)廢,給企業(yè)帶來了損失。因此選擇合適的指標(biāo)及方法來評估液壓支架的壽命,科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)行支架的維護(hù)、報(bào)廢,有著重要的工程意義。本文對液壓支架結(jié)構(gòu)部件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析后,采用模糊層次分析法來評價(jià)液壓支架壽命,提出了基于三角模糊數(shù)判斷矩陣的權(quán)重計(jì)算方法。選擇安全性指標(biāo)、可靠性指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)、技術(shù)性指標(biāo)為量化指標(biāo),由此來建立糊綜合評價(jià)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。安全性指標(biāo)主要選擇承載結(jié)構(gòu)件的變形、焊縫開裂程度為依據(jù)。給出了設(shè)備承載體變形、開裂的測量方法,詳細(xì)討論了如頂梁、掩護(hù)梁等結(jié)構(gòu)各部位的重要程度,就各個(gè)因素給出了不同的權(quán)重。對支架影響可靠性的因素討論后,選擇平均無故障工作時(shí)間(MTBF)和平均修復(fù)時(shí)間(MTTR)這兩個(gè)指標(biāo)為評價(jià)準(zhǔn)則。經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)主要有超期服役年限、大修費(fèi)用與原值比率決定。技術(shù)性指標(biāo)選擇支護(hù)強(qiáng)度對底板比壓的適應(yīng)性、支撐高度對煤層的適應(yīng)性、大修狀況、推移裝置對煤層的適應(yīng)性這四個(gè)主要指標(biāo)來進(jìn)行評價(jià)。隨機(jī)選取了50架設(shè)備為樣機(jī),進(jìn)行測量分析,用來驗(yàn)證構(gòu)建的數(shù)學(xué)模型是否合理。本課題的結(jié)果對于提高液壓支架的利用率,減少企業(yè)損失,以及更好的指導(dǎo)支架的更新具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic support plays an important role in controlling mine pressure and ensuring space safety of coal face, and it is one of the most important equipments in fully mechanized coal mining face. It has seriously affected the safety of workers' lives, and at the same time, the extremely high maintenance costs have also brought a great economic burden to enterprises. Now, it is mainly based on the amount of coal used, the number of years of service, and the number of cycles to determine whether the equipment is scrapped or not. However, there are many factors that affect the life of the equipment. This method makes many equipments that have not reached the service life to be scrapped in advance, which brings losses to the enterprise. Therefore, the appropriate indexes and methods are chosen to evaluate the life of the hydraulic support. It is of great engineering significance to maintain and scrap the support scientifically and reasonably. After detailed analysis of the structural components of the hydraulic support, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the life of the hydraulic support. The weight calculation method based on triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix is put forward. The safety index, reliability index, economic index and technical index are selected as quantitative indexes. A mathematical model for comprehensive evaluation of paste is established. The safety index is mainly based on the deformation of bearing structure and the degree of cracking of weld seam. The measuring method of deformation and cracking of equipment bearing body is given, and the method of measuring such as top beam is discussed in detail. The weight of different factors is given for the important degree of the cover beam and other parts of the structure. After the discussion of the factors affecting the reliability of the support, The average failure free working time (MTBF) and the average repair time (MTTRT) are selected as the evaluation criteria. The ratio of overhauling cost to original value is determined. Technical index selection support strength adaptability to floor specific pressure, support height to coal seam adaptability, overhaul condition, To evaluate the adaptability of the bed load device to the coal seam, 50 sets of equipment were randomly selected as the prototype for measurement and analysis. The result of this paper is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of hydraulic support, reduce the loss of enterprises, and better guide the renewal of support.
