【摘要】：在我國進入經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)后,在需求側(cè)以及供給側(cè)都發(fā)生了巨大變革。當(dāng)前階段,我國在工業(yè)化的道路上已經(jīng)走了很遠,很大比例的重化工業(yè)的成長已經(jīng)越過了頂峰階段,來自資源以及環(huán)境壓力持續(xù)加大。供給側(cè)改革是引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)的必由之路。通過大數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計和對比,可以看出天然氣在過去一段時期內(nèi)占能源行業(yè)供給比重越來越高,并且結(jié)合現(xiàn)實情況,這一趨勢將繼續(xù)維持很長一段時間。這意味著在未來幾年甚至十幾年,天然氣產(chǎn)將順勢成為中國能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的重頭戲。作為國家清潔新能源主力軍的燃氣行業(yè)在面對經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下,具體來講是各個燃氣相關(guān)企業(yè)在配合供給側(cè)改革中下該如何轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、如何轉(zhuǎn)變戰(zhàn)略,就顯得尤為重要。城市燃氣發(fā)展在經(jīng)過了快速發(fā)展期后,隨著國家整體經(jīng)濟形勢轉(zhuǎn)變現(xiàn)已經(jīng)進入了相對穩(wěn)定的階段。但加之燃氣行業(yè)急速大量的涌入民營資本,LNG項目蜂擁迭起等現(xiàn)象造成這一行業(yè)目前的競爭日趨激烈,而大多數(shù)企業(yè)對燃氣行業(yè)的走向及企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展并沒有清晰的認(rèn)識。TA燃氣公司是在P市及其覆蓋縣域的天然氣企業(yè)。該公司目前有多家分、子公司,在P地區(qū)的燃氣企業(yè)占有主導(dǎo)地位。但由于公司地處華北內(nèi)陸,經(jīng)濟和管理等方面明顯落后與沿海發(fā)達地區(qū),公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和管理存在不少的問題。為了順應(yīng)我國燃氣行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)TA燃氣公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以TA燃氣公司的戰(zhàn)略管理為研究對象,如何明確TA燃氣公司的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境及制定與之相適應(yīng)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,這是本文所要研究的重點內(nèi)容。本文的研究采用了五力模型和SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析方法明確公司所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境及現(xiàn)狀,并提出TA燃氣公司現(xiàn)行戰(zhàn)略中存在的主要問題,并針對問題展開相應(yīng)的分析。據(jù)此來講本文的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義;由于研究燃氣企業(yè)面的戰(zhàn)略文獻較少,本文的研究豐富了這方面的內(nèi)容,亦具有重要的理論意義。
[Abstract]:After entering the new normal state of economy, great changes have taken place on the demand side and on the supply side. At present, our country has come a long way on the road of industrialization. The growth of a large proportion of the heavy chemical industry has reached its peak, with increasing pressure from resources and environment. Supply-side reform is the only way to lead the economy into a new normal, through big data's statistics and comparisons. It can be seen that natural gas has accounted for an increasing proportion of energy supply in the past period, and this trend will continue for a long time in the light of the reality, which means that it will be in the next few years or even a decade. Natural gas production will become the main part of China's energy structure transformation. As the main force of clean new energy, the gas industry is facing the new economic normal. Specifically, it is very important for the gas related enterprises to change their ideas and strategies in the process of supply side reform. After the rapid development period, the development of urban gas is becoming more and more important. With the overall economic situation change has entered a relatively stable stage, but the gas industry has rapidly poured into a large number of private capital. The competition in this industry is becoming more and more intense due to the phenomenon such as the overflowing of LNG projects and so on. However, most enterprises do not have a clear understanding of the direction of the gas industry and the strategic development of the enterprises. The TA Gas Company is a natural gas enterprise in P City and its covering counties. At present, the company has a number of sub-companies and subsidiaries. Gas enterprises in P area occupy the leading position, but because the company is located in the inland of North China, the economy and management are obviously lagging behind the developed coastal areas. There are many problems in the development strategy and management of the company. In order to conform to the future development of China gas industry and realize the development strategy of TA Gas Company, the strategic management of TA Gas Company is taken as the research object. How to define the strategic environment of TA Gas Company and formulate corresponding enterprise strategy. This is the focus of this study. This study uses the five-force model and SWOT strategic analysis method to clarify the company's strategic environment and current situation. The main problems in the current strategy of TA Gas Company are put forward, and the corresponding analysis is carried out. According to this, the research in this paper has important practical significance. Since there are few strategic documents to study the gas enterprise, the research in this paper enriches the content of this aspect and has important theoretical significance.
