【摘要】：黨的十六屆五中全會把“生產(chǎn)發(fā)展,生活寬裕,鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明,村容整潔,管理民主”作為社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的任務(wù)。黨的十八大將建設(shè)“美麗中國”作為實現(xiàn)小康社會的總要求。建設(shè)“美麗中國”不僅包括建設(shè)美麗城市還包括建設(shè)美麗農(nóng)村。建設(shè)美麗農(nóng)村的要求是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn),農(nóng)民增收,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟繁榮發(fā)展的同時處理好人與環(huán)境的關(guān)系。建設(shè)美麗農(nóng)村有利于實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有利于保障農(nóng)民的身心健康,有利于農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟取得了飛速發(fā)展,農(nóng)民的生活條件也得到了極大的改善。但是伴隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,令人擔(dān)憂的環(huán)境問題也隨之出現(xiàn)了。本文就巍山彝族地區(qū)農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的問題,以馬克思主義生態(tài)觀為指導(dǎo),中國特色社會主義制度體系為保障,結(jié)合當?shù)氐膶嶋H情況,運用了文獻研究法、比較研究法、問卷研究法及訪談法,從四個方面進行深入研究。導(dǎo)論部分從研究背景,研究綜述,研究內(nèi)容及方法,論文的創(chuàng)新點進行概述。第一章從概念的界定,農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的內(nèi)容、意義、理論基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與思想政治教育的關(guān)系來論述。第二章以巍山縣馬鞍山鄉(xiāng)為例,分析了該地農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢和所存在的問題。第三章分析了該地農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)存在問題的原因。第四章是本文的創(chuàng)新點,從思想政治教育的角度為彝族地區(qū)農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供了解決對策。
