【摘要】:低溫超導(dǎo)電物理實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置基本都需要電流引線跨越室溫和磁體運(yùn)行溫度兩個(gè)溫區(qū)向超導(dǎo)磁體提供千安甚至萬安級(jí)的電流。Bi系帶材帶間電阻低,高溫超導(dǎo)段結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,是目前萬安級(jí)二元電流引線的主要選擇,但隨銀金價(jià)格不斷上漲其價(jià)格也愈來愈昂貴。相比而言,Y系帶材熱導(dǎo)率小、受磁場(chǎng)影響較小,近年來成為高溫超導(dǎo)應(yīng)用的熱門,由于Y系帶材多采用鎳基合金基帶,帶間電阻高,在二元電流引線領(lǐng)域多應(yīng)用于百到千安級(jí),很少有應(yīng)用于萬安級(jí)先例。本文將設(shè)計(jì)制作運(yùn)用YBCO帶材的萬安級(jí)電流引線高溫超導(dǎo)段,為YBCO帶材能大規(guī)模應(yīng)用萬安級(jí)二元電流引線的可行性進(jìn)行技術(shù)預(yù)研和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。本文基于Bi系二元電流引線研發(fā)基礎(chǔ),采用數(shù)值仿真分析與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證相結(jié)合的方法,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)低接頭電阻的易于加工的萬安級(jí)YBCO電流引線高溫超導(dǎo)段組件結(jié)構(gòu);基于ANSYS Workbench15.0對(duì)YBCO高溫超導(dǎo)段進(jìn)行電磁學(xué)和熱力學(xué)計(jì)算分析,最小化低溫側(cè)漏熱并驗(yàn)證安全性;研究合適的加工與錫焊工藝,制作10kA YBCO帶材高溫超導(dǎo)段組件。通過10kA YBCO內(nèi)外層和整體高溫超導(dǎo)段組件液氮浸泡下的Ic和接頭電阻測(cè)試,檢驗(yàn)制作10kA YBCO帶材高溫超導(dǎo)段組件的焊接工藝。搭建10kA電流引線低溫性能測(cè)試平臺(tái),進(jìn)行YBCO高溫超導(dǎo)段的載流能力、接頭電阻、LOFA和不燒毀時(shí)間測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證前期結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:The cryogenic superconducting physics experiment device basically requires current leads to cross the room, and the magnet operates at two temperature zones to provide 1000 + or even Wan level current to the superconducting magnet. Bi lacing material has low interband resistance and high temperature superconducting segment structure. It is the main choice of Wan Wan level two element current lead, but with the rising price of silver and gold, its price is more and more expensive. In contrast, Y strip, small thermal conductivity, influenced by the magnetic field is small, in recent years become a hot high temperature superconducting applications, due to the Y system using nickel base alloy strip with high resistance between baseband, two yuan in the current lead field applied to 100 Ka class, rarely used in Wanan precedent level. This paper will design and produce a Wan Wan current lead high temperature superconducting section using YBCO strip, and make a technical pre research and experimental validation for the feasibility of large-scale YBCO Wan band two element current leads. In this paper, Bi two yuan on the basis of current lead development, by means of numerical simulation analysis and experimental validation of the combination optimization, easy processing of YBCO high temperature superconducting current leads the component structure design of low joint resistance; ANSYS Workbench15.0 of electromagnetism and thermodynamics of YBCO high temperature superconducting section calculation based on the analysis of the low temperature side heat leakage and minimization verify the safety; Study on processing and proper soldering process, making 10kA YBCO tape high temperature superconducting component. The welding process of 10kA YBCO strip high temperature superconducting module is tested through testing the Ic and joint resistance of 10kA YBCO inner and outer high temperature superconducting components and liquid nitrogen immersion. A low temperature performance test platform for 10kA current leads is built, and the current carrying capacity, joint resistance, LOFA and no burn time of YBCO high temperature superconducting section are tested.
