熱濕法紡針織苧麻紗的技術研究

【摘要】:苧麻纖維的強力高、吸濕透氣性好且具有天然的抗菌抑菌功能。但其初始模量大,斷裂伸長率低,故紡紗過程中容易產(chǎn)生毛羽,不易在針織機上成布。因此,改善苧麻紗線的性能,開發(fā)適合針織用的苧麻紗線是一項重要的課題。苧麻纖維是一種熱塑性纖維,本課題以熱定型原理為理論基礎,在環(huán)錠紡紗機上,自主研發(fā)了一套熱濕蒸汽調控裝置。為了研究熱濕蒸汽對苧麻纖維彈性變形能力的影響情況,采取了控制熱濕處理時間的實驗方式。熱濕處理后苧麻纖維的平均斷裂伸長率從3.6%增長到了4.3%;平均初始模量從86.5cN/tex降到了61.2cN/tex左右,處理后的纖維的彈性變形能力略有增強,柔軟性增加。采用自制的熱濕定型裝置在細紗機上進行試紡,苧麻紗線的有害毛羽毛羽減少了15%,斷裂強力、斷裂伸長率和條干CV值均有所改善。熱定型器的長度是影響成紗質量的關鍵因素之一,當熱定型器的長度為25mm時,在實驗室進行試紡36公支的過程中平均有害毛羽減少19%以上,在企業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)中試紡36公支的苧麻紗線時平均毛羽減少了16%以上,平均斷裂伸長率增長了3%左右,斷裂強度和條干CV值均有所改善。針織布特殊的線圈結構決定了針織用紗的捻系數(shù)較小。熱濕紡紗工藝的采用可在一定范圍內減少紗線捻系數(shù)。通過在實驗室里試織羅紋針織物,其頂破性能、柔軟性能、抗皺性能均有所改善。
[Abstract]:The ramie fiber has high strength, good moisture absorption and permeability, and has natural antibacterial and bacteriostasis function. However, its initial modulus is large and the elongation at break is low, so it is easy to produce hairiness during spinning, and it is not easy to be woven on the knitting machine. Therefore, it is an important issue to improve the performance of ramie yarn and develop the ramie yarn suitable for knitting. Ramie fiber is a thermoplastic fiber. Based on the theory of heat setting, this project independently developed a set of hot and humid steam control devices on the ring spinning machine. In order to study the effect of heat and wet steam on the elastic deformation ability of ramie fiber, an experimental method was adopted to control the time of heat and humidity treatment. The average elongation at break of ramie fiber increased from 3.6% to 4.3% after heat and moisture treatment. The average initial modulus decreased from 86.5cN/tex to 61.2cN/tex, and the elastic deformation capacity of the treated fibers increased slightly and the softness increased. Using self made heat and moisture setting device on spinning frame, the hairy feather feather of ramie yarn is reduced by 15%, breaking strength, elongation at break and CV value of strip are all improved. The length of heat setting is one of the key factors affecting the quality of yarn, when the heat setting is at a length of 25mm in the laboratory spinning of 36 branch of the public in the process of average harmful hairiness is less than 19%, in the actual production of the enterprise in the 36 branch of the public trial spinning ramie yarn when the average Mao Yujian less than 16%, the average elongation growth of about 3%, breaking strength and evenness CV value are improved. The special coil structure of knitted fabric determines that the twisting coefficient of the knitted yarn is small. The use of hot wet spinning technology can reduce the yarn twist coefficient in a certain range. The breaking performance, softness and crease resistance of the knitted fabric were improved by testing the knitted fabric in the laboratory.
