光葉眼子菜幼葉及成熟葉對銨解毒機(jī)理的比較研究

營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的輸入導(dǎo)致的水體水質(zhì)惡化已經(jīng)成為全球關(guān)注環(huán)境問題。水生植物是水體的重要初級生產(chǎn)者,對維持水體生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和水體水環(huán)境健康起著決定性的作用。氮是植物生長所需的基本營養(yǎng)元素,也是植物生產(chǎn)力的主要限制因子。氮主要以銨態(tài)氮和硝態(tài)氮形式存在,與硝態(tài)氮相比,植物更容易吸收水體中的銨態(tài)氮,但高濃度的銨態(tài)氮可能對水生植物產(chǎn)生毒害作用。環(huán)境中高濃度銨態(tài)氮對水生植物的毒性以及水生植物的解毒機(jī)理是近期研究的熱點。以往的研究主要通過不同物種間的比較來論述水生植物銨的解毒機(jī)理,物種間的差異可能會對銨解毒機(jī)理的研究產(chǎn)生影響。在近期的研究中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)光葉眼子菜Potamogeton lucens的成熟葉片對環(huán)境中的高濃度銨態(tài)氮表現(xiàn)敏感,而幼葉對高濃度銨態(tài)氮具有一定的耐受性,這一發(fā)現(xiàn)為我們在同一物種中研究銨的解毒機(jī)理提供了理想的實驗材料。本研究擬以水生植物光葉眼子菜P.lucens的幼葉和成熟葉為研究對象,以碳氮代謝產(chǎn)物和銨同化相關(guān)酶為主要指標(biāo),探討不同銨濃度條件下兩種葉片間銨解毒機(jī)制的差異,并最終闡明水生植物銨的耐受機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著環(huán)境銨濃度的增加,光葉眼子菜葉綠素?zé)晒猓‵v/Fm)在成熟葉中逐漸降低,...
