內(nèi)蒙古退化典型草原不同封育年限樣地昆蟲多樣性研究

【摘要】:本研究采用棋盤取樣法對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古退化典型草原不同封育年限的樣地A、B、C(分別為圍封32年、圍封19年、未圍封)內(nèi)的昆蟲群落組成、群落多樣性及時(shí)間動(dòng)態(tài)、群落穩(wěn)定性及昆蟲群落與環(huán)境因子的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了初步調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明:(1)調(diào)查共采集到昆蟲成蟲標(biāo)本25020號(hào),隸屬于8目70科。其中雙翅目 Diptera(25 科)、半翅目 Hemiptera(14 科)、鞘翅目 Coleoptera(14 科)、膜翅目Hymenoptera(9科)為優(yōu)勢(shì)目。A樣地的優(yōu)勢(shì)科為飛虱科、蚜科,B樣地的優(yōu)勢(shì)科為飛虱科、葉蟬科,C樣地的優(yōu)勢(shì)科為飛虱科、葉蟬科和蚜科。(2)樣地內(nèi)個(gè)體數(shù)量排序?yàn)?A樣地(9447)C樣地(9282)B樣地(6291);豐富度指數(shù)A樣地最高(126),C樣地最低(107),各樣地間差異顯著;多樣性指數(shù)A樣地最高(3.8581),C樣地最低(2.8594),A、B樣地差異不顯著,二者與C樣地有顯著差異;均勻度指數(shù)A樣地最高(0.7977),C樣地最低(0.6119),C樣地均勻度顯著低于A、B樣地;優(yōu)勢(shì)度指數(shù)C樣地最高(0.1395),A樣地最低(0.0333),三樣地間差異顯著。(3)各樣地內(nèi)昆蟲群落表現(xiàn)出明顯的時(shí)序動(dòng)態(tài)變化。7月份樣地內(nèi)昆蟲最為繁盛,昆蟲個(gè)體數(shù)量、物種豐富度、多樣性指數(shù)、均勻度指數(shù)最高值均出現(xiàn)在A樣地,其次是B樣地,C樣地最低。各樣地均5月優(yōu)勢(shì)度最高,C樣地的優(yōu)勢(shì)度高于A、B樣地(5月份除外)。(4)不同封育年限樣地中,天敵昆蟲數(shù)量A樣地B樣地C樣地,植食性昆蟲數(shù)量C樣地B樣地A樣地,中性昆蟲數(shù)量C樣地A樣地B樣地。群落穩(wěn)定性總體為A樣地B樣地C樣地,但受季節(jié)影響較大。(5)昆蟲群落與環(huán)境因子分析表明,植物高度影響最大,其他依次為植物蓋度、植物種類和植物豐度。
[Abstract]:In this study, a chessboard sampling method was used to investigate the composition of insect community, community diversity and time dynamics, community stability and the relationship between insect community and environmental factors in A, B, C (peri sealed 32 years, 19 years not enclosed), and the relationship between insect community and environmental factors. The results showed: (1) investigation was collected. The highest values of the homogeneity index and the evenness index were in the A like land, followed by the B like land and the lowest C like land. The dominant degree was highest in May, the dominance of the C like land was higher than that of A and B (except in May). (4) the number of natural enemy insects in A like land B like land, and the number of phytophagous insects in B like terrestrial A like land, and the number of neutral insects. C sample plots A like land B samples. Community stability was generally A like B like land C like land, but affected by the season. (5) analysis of insect community and environmental factors showed that plant height had the greatest influence, and the others were plant coverage, plant species and plant abundance.
