【摘要】：本文處理了一個非局部靜電驅(qū)動微機電系統(tǒng)(MEMS)方程。第一部分,我介紹了這個方程的背景和推導(dǎo),交代了這個問題的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分,我給出了局部問題的一些結(jié)論,為證明非局部問題做好準(zhǔn)備;第三部分是本文的主要部分,在此我們首先建立了局部問題和非局部問題的極小解的一個關(guān)系,其次利用隱函數(shù)定理證明了一個非局部問題存在性定理,對非局部問題的分支圖給出一個相對精確的刻畫。第四部分,我列出了本文遺留的一些問題,提出了進一步研究非局部問題的一些想法。
[Abstract]:This paper deals with a nonlocal electrostatic driven MEMS (MEMS) equation. In the first part, I introduce the background and derivation of the equation, and explain the research status of the problem, in the second part, I give some conclusions of the local problem, and prepare for the proof of the nonlocal problem. The third part is the main part of this paper. In this part, we first establish a relation between the minimal solution of local problem and nonlocal problem, and then prove a existence theorem of nonlocal problem by using implicit function theorem. A relatively accurate characterization of the branching graph of nonlocal problems is given. In the fourth part, I list some problems left over from this paper and put forward some ideas for further study of nonlocal problems.
