【摘要】：為了摸清南麂列島國家級海洋自然保護(hù)區(qū)淺海大型底棲動物群落結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀及其變化,于2013年11月、2014年2月、2014年5月和2014年8月,4個航次對覆蓋南麂保護(hù)區(qū)海域內(nèi)的28個站位進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并對主要環(huán)境參數(shù)進(jìn)行探討。在研究過程中,采用了AMBI和M-AMBI指數(shù),輔以Shannon-Wiener多樣性指數(shù)進(jìn)行生物評價。結(jié)果:本次調(diào)查共獲得大型底棲動物66種,其中多毛類31種,甲殼類15種,軟體動物11種,棘皮動物5種,其它類4種,物種豐富度呈斑塊狀分布,季節(jié)性變化不大;ANOVA分析表明,4個航次的棲息密度存在明顯差異,但生物量卻無明顯差異,4個航次各樣點(diǎn)的大型底棲動物差別不大,小型多毛類及雙殼類為影響群落結(jié)構(gòu)性相似性的主要物種。群落結(jié)構(gòu)與環(huán)境因子的相關(guān)性關(guān)系說明了南麂島大型底棲動物群落受到了一定的擾動,可能跟陸源排污及南麂列島的旅游開發(fā)有關(guān)。與歷史資料對比,本次調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)大型底棲動物從種類數(shù)和棲息密度上都有大幅下降,但生物量反而上升,且底棲生態(tài)類群與上世紀(jì)90年代相似,仍以多毛類和軟體動物為主,在一定程度上說明了南麂列島底棲生態(tài)環(huán)境這20年來變化不大。AMBI與M-AMBI的評價結(jié)果一致,與生物多樣性指數(shù)也大致一樣。評價結(jié)果顯示南麂列島底棲生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)較好,南麂列島的底棲生物群落受到了一定程度的擾動,但整體上還處于可控的水平。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the present situation and changes of macrobenthos in shallow sea in Nanji Islands National Marine Nature Reserve, In November 2013, February 2014, May 2014 and August 2014, 4 voyages surveyed 28 stations covering the sea area of Nanji protected area, analyzed the obtained data in detail and discussed the main environmental parameters. Results: 66 species of macrobenthos were obtained, including 31 species of polychaetes, 15 species of crustaceans, 11 species of molluscs, 5 species of echinoderms and 4 species of other species. The distribution of species richness was in patch shape, and the seasonal variation was not significant. The results of ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences in the habitat density of the four voyages, but there was no significant difference in biomass, and there was no significant difference between the macrobenthos at each point of the four voyages. Small polychaetes and bivalves are the main species that influence the structural similarity of the communities. The correlation between community structure and environmental factors indicates that the macrobenthic community in South suede Island is disturbed to some extent. It may have something to do with land-based sewage and tourism development in Nanji Islands. Comparing with historical data, the survey found that macrobenthos have decreased significantly in number and density, but biomass has increased. The benthic ecological groups were similar to those of the 1990s, and were mainly polychaetes and molluscs, indicating to some extent that the benthic ecological environment of Nanji Islands had not changed much in the past 20 years. AMBI was consistent with the evaluation results of M-AMBI. The results showed that the benthos community structure of Nanji Islands was better, and the benthos community of Nanji Islands was disturbed to some extent, but the whole benthos community was still in a controllable level.
