【摘要】：地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析是從海量地理國情普查數(shù)據(jù)中獲取深層地理國情信息的必要手段,我國正處于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的轉(zhuǎn)折期,也是國情快速、復(fù)雜變化的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,全面而現(xiàn)勢的地理國情信息對科學(xué)決策的制定和科學(xué)管理的規(guī)劃至關(guān)重要。本研究針對當(dāng)前地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析應(yīng)用割離、服務(wù)單一,且存在單機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)存儲與處理方式低效的局限性,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)和高性能計(jì)算技術(shù),旨在建立面向地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的靈活、高效處理方法,構(gòu)建云GIS環(huán)境下彈性可擴(kuò)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析服務(wù)體系。本文主要研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)研制了地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析多層次服務(wù)體系模型,通過多粒度服務(wù)的按需調(diào)用和隨需組裝,實(shí)現(xiàn)多種服務(wù)、資源的有效整合和彈性擴(kuò)展,解決當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)孤立、功能冗余、應(yīng)用單一的問題,打破數(shù)據(jù)與信息壁壘,以高復(fù)用、高彈性、高可擴(kuò)的服務(wù)支撐多樣化的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析業(yè)務(wù)。(2)針對海量、多源的地理國情普查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了基于HDFS和HBase的分布式存儲模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)普查大數(shù)據(jù)的云端管理和維護(hù),解決了現(xiàn)有單機(jī)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲和管理瓶頸,為統(tǒng)計(jì)分析提供高效數(shù)據(jù)響應(yīng)。(3)基于Hadoop云環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的并行化處理架構(gòu),利用MapReduce構(gòu)建地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并行算法,解決普查數(shù)據(jù)的復(fù)雜空間分析與大規(guī)模要素空間統(tǒng)計(jì)的單機(jī)處理性能瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)普查數(shù)據(jù)的高效處理與地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng)。(4)綜合運(yùn)用多層次服務(wù)體系、分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫以及并行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析算法,搭建集多源海量地理國情普查數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理、高效數(shù)據(jù)處理、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析和業(yè)務(wù)于一體的地理國情統(tǒng)計(jì)分析服務(wù)平臺,并進(jìn)行了客戶端應(yīng)用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)與實(shí)例效果證明,本文提出的方案能夠滿足地理國情普查數(shù)據(jù)的可擴(kuò)存儲和大批量普查數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析任務(wù)的靈活、高效執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:Statistical analysis of geographical conditions is a necessary means to get the deep information of the geographical conditions from the census data in geographic conditions, our country is in the period of transition and upgrading of social economic structure, but also a critical period of rapid and complex changes in the situation, comprehensive and scientific management to develop and present the information of the geographical conditions of the scientific decision of planning is essential. Based on the current application of statistical analysis of geographical conditions, cut from a single service, and there are limitations of stand-alone data storage and processing inefficient, combined with network services and high performance computing technology, aims to establish a statistical analysis of the geographical conditions for flexible and efficient processing method, constructing the statistical elastic cloud environment GIS extendable analysis service system. In this paper, the main research contents and innovations include the following aspects: (1) developed a multi-level analysis service system model of geographical conditions, through multi granularity service on-demand call and on-demand assembly, effective integration and flexibility to achieve a variety of services, expansion of resources, solve the current system of isolation, functional redundancy, single application problems the data and information, to break the barriers to high, high elasticity, Gao Kekuo support services diversified statistical analysis business. (2) according to the census data massive, multi-source geographic conditions, constructed a distributed storage model of HDFS and HBase based on the realization of management and maintenance of the census data, solve the existing single relational database storage and management bottleneck, provide efficient number for statistical analysis according to the response. (3) Hadoop cloud based environment, parallel processing architecture analysis of geographical conditions statistical design, construction of geographic conditions, statistical analysis of parallel algorithm using MapReduce single bottleneck processing performance to solve complex spatial analysis and spatial statistics of large-scale census data, the quasi real time response and efficient processing of census geographic conditions, the statistical analysis of the data service the. (4) the comprehensive use of multi-level service system, distributed database, parallel algorithm of statistical analysis, statistical geographic conditions to build a set of multi-source geographic conditions survey data, unified management, data processing, statistics, analysis and business analysis in one of the service platform, and client application examples. Experiments and case studies show that the scheme proposed in this paper can satisfy the scalability and storage of census data and flexible and efficient implementation of mass census data analysis.
