PM2.5中有機物分子組成高分辨質(zhì)譜分析

有機氣溶膠分子組成很復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)分析手段鑒別出的化合物僅占氣溶膠有機物質(zhì)量的一部分。一些大分子、難揮發(fā)、強極性的有機氣溶膠分子組成、源解析及形成機理尚不明確。本論文基于傅立葉變換離子回旋共振質(zhì)譜(FT-ICR MS)技術(shù),結(jié)合溶劑萃取,固相萃取,高效液相色譜(HPLC)等分離技術(shù),建立了FT-ICR MS分析氣溶膠有機物分子組成的方法,從分子水平研究了北京城市大氣有機氣溶膠的化學(xué)組成。主要內(nèi)容包括:建立了大氣細顆粒物(PM2.5)中有機物分子組成的FT-ICR MS分析方法?疾炝瞬煌婋x源的適用性和不同溶劑的萃取選擇性。根據(jù)不同種類化合物的萃取條件、電離源類型及操作條件,建立了最優(yōu)的分析方法。結(jié)合氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS),高溫模擬蒸餾(SIMDIS),首次利用大氣壓光致電離源(APPI),通過FT-ICR MS詳細表征了氣溶膠樣品中的芳烴組分。主要鑒定出一系列在常規(guī)分析方法中被忽略的6環(huán)以上的多環(huán)芳烴及相應(yīng)的S、N、O雜原子化合物,為多環(huán)芳烴的環(huán)境評價提出了新的課題。利用FT-ICR MS結(jié)合不同電離源表征了北京市晴天和霧霾天大氣氣溶膠有機物分子組成。憑借F...
