【摘要】：本研究通過(guò)對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村生活污水治理現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,總結(jié)歸納目前臨安農(nóng)村生活污水治理存在的問(wèn)題,為因地制宜的合理解決污水處理問(wèn)題,提供科學(xué)的參考依據(jù),并進(jìn)一步提出有效的管理方法和治污模式。文章首先對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村污水研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,從我國(guó)農(nóng)村污水的排放特點(diǎn),治理模式,處理工藝,政策以及管理進(jìn)行了總體上的研究,以作為后期研究的理論支持。本文結(jié)合了典型抽樣調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)臨安市6個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的10個(gè)村進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解臨安農(nóng)村污水治理現(xiàn)狀以及民意態(tài)度,在立足于對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村污水治理狀況的細(xì)致調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村生活污水排放及治理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和評(píng)估,討論臨安市農(nóng)村污水治理過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題和難點(diǎn),在對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村污水治理的現(xiàn)狀研究部分中,文章對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村污水的排放現(xiàn)狀,民意特點(diǎn),治理現(xiàn)狀等發(fā)面進(jìn)行了綜合研究。結(jié)合臨安農(nóng)村污水治理的實(shí)際狀況與文獻(xiàn)研究,提出了臨安市農(nóng)村污水治理的發(fā)展對(duì)策。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),臨安市農(nóng)村污水的主要包括廚余污水,洗滌污水,廁所污水三類,污水排放各有特點(diǎn);在民意調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),臨安市農(nóng)民對(duì)農(nóng)村污水的認(rèn)識(shí)總體有所提升,但還是存在著一部分的村民環(huán)保意識(shí)薄弱,對(duì)污水治理問(wèn)題認(rèn)識(shí)不足;同時(shí)對(duì)臨安市農(nóng)村污水治理現(xiàn)狀從治理成效,資金現(xiàn)狀,技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀,政策現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行歸結(jié)。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合臨安市農(nóng)村實(shí)際狀況,分析了臨安農(nóng)村污水治理存在的問(wèn)題和難點(diǎn),并從資金,管理,宣傳,技術(shù)等方面提出了對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the present situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this study summarizes the existing problems in the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Linan City, and provides a scientific reference for reasonably solving the problem of sewage treatment according to local conditions. And further put forward effective management methods and pollution control model. In this paper, the research status of rural sewage in China is reviewed, and the discharge characteristics, treatment mode, treatment process, policy and management of rural sewage in China are studied as a theoretical support for the later research. Based on the method of typical sampling survey, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on 10 villages in 6 villages and towns of Lin'an City, and understands the present situation of sewage treatment in rural areas of Lin'an and the attitude of public opinion. Based on the detailed investigation of the situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this paper summarizes and evaluates the discharge and treatment status of rural domestic sewage in Lin'an City, and discusses the problems and difficulties existing in the process of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City. In the part of the research on the present situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the present situation of rural sewage discharge, the characteristics of public opinion and the present situation of treatment in Lin'an City. Combined with the actual situation and literature research of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, the development countermeasures of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City are put forward. It is found that the rural sewage in Lin'an City mainly includes kitchen waste sewage, washing sewage and toilet sewage, and the sewage discharge has its own characteristics. In the public opinion survey, it is found that the farmers' understanding of rural sewage in Lin'an has improved on the whole, but there are still some villagers who have weak awareness of environmental protection and lack of understanding of sewage treatment. At the same time, the present situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City is summarized from the aspects of treatment effect, capital status, technology status, policy status and so on. Through investigation and research, combined with the actual situation of rural areas in Lin'an City, this paper analyzes on the existing problems and difficulties in the treatment of rural sewage in Lin'an City, and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of funds, management, propaganda, technology and so on.
