輝光放電等離子體輔助堿浸銅冶煉煙灰中銅砷分離

【摘要】:采用輝光放電等離子體輔助Na_2S-NaOH浸取體系對銅冶煉煙灰(簡稱"煙灰")進行研究,在放電時間10min、放電功率500 W、放電壓強150 Pa、極板間距0.9 cm的條件下,砷的浸出率為92.52%,銅的浸出率為7.76%,實現(xiàn)了砷和銅的有效分離。采用該方法處理后煙灰中的砷從7.11%降到0.45%,銅從2.62%變?yōu)?.42%,為煙灰的進一步利用創(chuàng)造了條件。XPS、XRD和重金屬形態(tài)分析的綜合分析結(jié)果表明,輝光能將As(Ⅲ)氧化為As(Ⅴ)、Cu(Ⅰ)氧化為Cu(Ⅱ),且在堿性條件下As(Ⅴ)比As(Ⅲ)更易浸出。因此,輝光放電預氧化有利于砷和銅在堿浸體系中選擇性分離。
[Abstract]:The copper smelting soot ("soot") was studied by glow discharge plasma assisted Na_2S-NaOH leaching system. Under the conditions of discharge time 10 min, discharge power 500 W, discharge pressure 150 Pa, plate spacing 0.9 cm, The leaching rate of arsenic is 92.52% and that of copper is 7.76%. The effective separation of arsenic and copper is realized.
