【摘要】：生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)是當(dāng)前可持續(xù)科學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。隨著環(huán)境保護(hù)與管理需求的不斷增加,政策制定者希望將生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)信息更多地融入管理實(shí)踐中。由于理論的不確定性和研究方法的局限性,如何準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)、如何考慮不同利益相關(guān)者的需求,提取重要的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)信息給決策者參考,仍然是當(dāng)前該領(lǐng)域研究的難點(diǎn)。基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的產(chǎn)生、傳遞和消耗過程,區(qū)分生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的潛在供給、實(shí)際供給和人類需求;引入生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供需比和供給率兩個(gè)指標(biāo),為區(qū)域間自然資源資產(chǎn)的比較提供一種方法;以白洋淀流域?yàn)榘咐?采用生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)矩陣法,結(jié)合GIS空間模擬技術(shù),揭示生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供給與需求的空間特征。白洋淀流域2010年生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的供給率和供需比分別是:0.4966和0.1131,說明流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供給狀態(tài)較好,且處于盈余狀態(tài)。對(duì)流域內(nèi)供給率較高且供給處于盈余的區(qū)域,應(yīng)作為生態(tài)保護(hù)與補(bǔ)償?shù)闹饕獏^(qū)域;對(duì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)需求較大的區(qū)域應(yīng)進(jìn)行必要的生態(tài)建設(shè)與修復(fù)。研究結(jié)果為區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境管理和政策制定提供了實(shí)際的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ecosystem service is one of the hotspots of sustainable scientific research at present. With the increasing demand for environmental protection and management, policymakers hope to integrate ecosystem service information more into management practice. Due to the uncertainty of theory and the limitation of research methods, how to evaluate ecosystem services accurately, how to consider the needs of different stakeholders, and how to extract important ecosystem service information for decision makers' reference. It is still a difficult point in this field at present. Based on the process of generation, transmission and consumption of ecosystem services, the potential supply, actual supply and human demand of ecosystem services are distinguished. The supply and demand ratio and supply rate of ecosystem services are introduced to provide a method for the comparison of natural resources assets between regions. Taking Baiyangdian River Basin as an example, the spatial characteristics of ecosystem service supply and demand are revealed by using ecosystem service matrix method and GIS spatial simulation technology. The supply rate and supply / demand ratio of ecosystem services in Baiyangdian Basin in 2010 are 0.4966 and 0.1131, respectively, which indicates that the supply of ecosystem services in Baiyangdian Basin is in a good state and is in surplus state. The areas with high supply rate and surplus should be regarded as the main areas of ecological protection and compensation, and the necessary ecological construction and restoration should be carried out in the areas with large demand for ecosystem services. The research results provide a practical scientific basis for regional ecological environment management and policy formulation.
